I am no longer going to this location! Every time I order my order is wrong. Like every single freaking time. Today I ordered a double guacamole bacon burger and they gave me a cheeseburger. Like what the f***. A couple days ago I ordered the double guacamole bacon burger and I couldn't understand the drive-thru worker. I couldn't tell if she was saying my order was $12 or $20. So when I got my receipt I noticed that I was charged $20 for a medium combo. I tried explaining to the worker but she wasn't understanding. I had to look through the app to see why I was charged so much. A regular combo would cost up to $14 and I believe I was charged for a double Angus burger. Like how the f*** do you mess up that bad? Me and my young daughter went into the restaurant because I wanted her to try their food because she had never been there so we went into the bathroom to wash our hands before ordering when the manager says to me: "Ma'm we don't have public restrooms, we only let paying customers use Them." I go to this Carl's Jr. often. Yesterday I stopped after work and was going to grab some food to take home but had to use the bathroom first. I approached 3 employees who were talking at the counter (zero customers in the store or drive thru) and asked if they had a key to the bathroom one lady (who I later found out was Alejandra , ass. Manager) told me very rudely, you mean you want the key, I stated that I did and she said okay well it is for customers only not for just anyone who walks in, someone who actually buys something! I was amazed at the snide, horrible, mean, antagonistic manner in which she addressed me. I said you know what actually I was going to be your customer but after your rudeness I don't want the key or to eat here again. She said fine but i have to tell people that. i said no you don't you're rude and she said fine bye, bye, bye...I walked out then returned and asked for the managers name and number. As i walked out again i heard her say , " I deal with this everyday" Well if she wasn't so rude she wouldn't make people mad!!! She wrote down a number and wrote her own name!!! Not the managers!!!
