So the food was good, but I ordered a lemonade and wow, the cup was for a child. It was so small, two sips and it was gone. And I paid over $2.50 for it. Lemons do grow on trees, so there is no reason you need to serve it in a baby's Dixie cup. It was just very disappointing that they were so cheap on the cup size for lemonade. My burger was boss and the French fries were great. But I can't in good conscience give 5 stars when you're so cheap on the cup size for lemonade. read more

I went through the drive thru and ordered 2 drinks. A sprite and a strawberry lemonade. Go up to the window and they handed me a bag of fries. I said oh that's not my order. They took the fries back and closed the window. You could hear them talking, "oh she said a sprite" they took my card and charged me for the fries and lemonade. I questioned the price. What I can assume is the manager started aggressively saying it's a .50 cent difference. I asked for the receipt again and again he said do you want the .50 cents. Went with my sister the other day and the dine was close by 7 pm?? As a previous worker I know it's never allowed to close and clean that early. Food Is great with certain cooks only, Vicky for example, is one of the cooks that does food with care and love, other then that some cooks rush and put little to no care in what they are making. Same with the shift leaders/workers, some are very sweet while others seem as they are forced to work there. Overall the management there seems off and affects customer service. read more

Price gouging customer during concert events. My wife and I were in the area but did not go to the event. We drove up got in line and cars were behind us. BIG FAIL!!! I mean BIG FAIL!!!! My hubby ordered the BBQ chicken sandwich and it was SO DRY I could have used it as sandpaper after wiping off the BBQ sauce! I ordered chicken strips. I've tried stopping in here several times because of the EV chargers outside and they routinely close the place early, turn off all the lights in the Drive-Thru to get people to not go through in the evening, shut down the shake machines hours before it close and just have a general awful attitude towards customers. Boy was this a mistake, got in the drive thru line , which may of only had 6 cars in front of us. It took 30 minutes to get to the speakers to place our order. When walking in we had to double take to make sure they were open. We could not see anyone at the register. After a short wait she popped out. Not friendly but not rude either. Just doing her job. Quick food pick up for daughter and her friends and the experience reminded me why I hate fast food. Staff could care less about you or your order and it was clear they wished I never had walked in. As I waited for my food, I watched numerous customers come in and wait for any staff to walk to their registers to take an order. Unacceptable in my opinion. One person in line, several people with uniforms on but not sure they were actually working. Just wasted well over ten minutes of my lunch waiting in an only 2 car line, when I got to the window I was not greeted by a human until 3 minutes and a teen boy told me to "wait a moment" an older woman was helping him at his register, after another minute I was fully fed up with the place and just left without a word, went down the street to the nearby Taco Bell and I was at max three minutes in their drive thru with a four car wait.
