This is my favorite location to go to. Food is usually always fresh, the staff is friendly and this restaurant is always clean. Joe is a very nice cashier and always remembers my name and what I order. I appreciate people that go above and beyond and Joe defienetly has. Also Really wish you would do something about your drive thru customers blocking the entry/exit parking lots when waiting in the drive thru line. I don't understand how Taco Bell as a business survives. This location doesn't make my order right ever. I don't like Taco Bell but plenty of people like it enough for me to go with them. When my peers order more food because they know that items will be messed up, that doesn't show any positive to Taco Bell. It seems they prey on people looking to spend as little as possible on food and they take full advantage. Why are we willing to settle for this? The food should just be right, right? If there's more to the story like a terrible store manager and corporate that only cares about drive thru times and additional items on each ticket then that should be addressed by the workers. Would put 0 stars if I could, whoever the staff was on may 27th around 2:00pm are very ignorant employees and completely incompetent. We got a $7 value box, the taco was completely broken apart into pieces and not edible. The chalupa had only lettuce, cheese and tomato, no meat or condiments on it. The second 7 dollar box we ordered had lettuce on the taco and the chalupa after we requested no lettuce and confirmed it on the screen. I just ordered jalapeño cheese fries which was $5, I had to go back because I was given 8 individual fries total in the jalapeño fry's box, if you could count the amount of individual fries there is, then that is unacceptable. I found the location to have a clean and comfortable feeling inside. Taco Bell does not disappoint. My order was neatly and orderly put into a bag. Online ordering allows you to request packages of hot sauce, unfortunately missing. Life is not perfect and things happen. There were two tables where packages of hot sauce were easily available, challenge solved. The signage on the east side of the building was a challenge to recognize for a Taco Bell. I got a Mexican pizza, who ever bagged my pizza placed it side ways in the bag. Obviously when I opened the bag everything slide to one side. I went back to get a new one. Monica told everyone I opened it upside down and to make me a new one. The staff continued making remarks forgetting the window is open.
