The staff apologized, but no one stepped in to de-escalate the situation or address the customer's behavior. Instead, I felt like the only option was to leave after addressing the patron myself. I wasn't expecting anyone to take sides, but I did expect management to ensure that all guests could dine without being harassed. A simple intervention or request for the other customer to stop would have gone a long way. Breakfast this morning was Machaca and Eggs. Lots of it perfectly cooked and great to taste. Oh, and their salsa is outstanding! We'll be back if we ever head this way again.
