We were driving to Utah and needed some gas. Whole their getting gas, we thought we'd go ahead and have some breakfast. This place is located at a Sinclair gas station, so it's a convenient location. They have a pretty big menu. I opted for their steak breakfast burrito. I personally didn't like the burrito. The one thing that threw it off was their "Fries" in the breakfast burrito. It was like undercooked sliced potatoes. The fries didn't look fried at all. It kind of seemed boiled or baked. Since we were in a hurry, I didn't bother trying to get a refund or to get it remade. If looking for some Mexican food, I'd look somewhere else.

This is a feast for the taste buds after some time in the desert! The food is delicious and fresh with a salsa bar. We had the Tres Leches cake and WOW! Portions are generous and the salsas are varied and a wonderful compliment.

Nice food, I had seafood soup and it tasted good, extensive menu choices, easy truck parking near.

Wow! Food and portion sizing were awesome. I had heard good things about the food and they were spot on. Got the nachos and fish tacos! I'm a big eater and couldn't finish it. I will definitely be back

From the salsa bar - great flavour and spicy!!!

Extremely generous portions and every part of the plate we enjoyed! Don't be scared off by the exterior. The food came fast and it was piping hot. All the sauces and the pico were fresh and spicy (which we loved).

This is Mexican fast food with a mini market. Lots of choices on the menu and daily specials. Great prices. We ordered the chicken tacos with beans and rice. Two loaded tacos, piping hot. All the required toppings. Served with delicious rice and beans. Also the large pork carnitas burrito with was the biggest burrito I've ever seen and it was not the largest on the menu. Came with a drink. There is a condiment stand with all the traditional Mexican toppings. Took half of the burrito and most of the beans and rice to go. They serve breakfast, lunch and dinner. The food was piping hot, very flavorful and made to order. delicious!

Worth a visit if you're in Ely! Delicious and filling food, and salsa bar. Cozy booth seating. Clean restrooms. Ordered the mixed breakfast burrito and topped it with salsa verde and pico from the salsa bar. Staff were friendly! There's also a drive thru in case you're on the go. Photo of the steak ranchero, because in typical fashion, my tummy eats first. No photos of my food.

    Chicken fajitas

Me and my dad are driving up to Boise from California. Long drive. About 9 hours in we wanted some lunch. We stoped in Ely since that really was the biggest town that we were going to pass through. Now at first you look at Roberto's and it looks a little sus and run down. We were a little nervous because its a small drive through building attached to a Sinclair gas. We walked in and NO ONE was in there. however the inside was quite nice. A very good salsa bar and nice booths to sit in. Also side note: it's about 90 degrees and it's was nice and cool in there. Very comfortable. we ordered: I got the chicken fajita veggies, and my dad got the chicken taco and cheese enchilada plate. Food came out pretty quick but a good wait time to know they made it then and there. we got our food and EVERYONE started to come in. Personally I can claim that was the BEST chicken and fajitas that I have ever consumed. The chicken was grilled to perfection. I did not ONCe get a bad, chewy or fatty piece of chicken. The veggies were also cooked to perfection. A perfect char to them. There were peppers, onions, and tomatoes that were just magnificent. With that, I decided to get all rice just because I really enjoy Mexican rice. However, I tried my father's beans and once again they were good. Nothing crazy but good- same with the rice. Now for the tortilla. It's probably not but it definitely tasted homemade. And it was HUGE. Overall I highly recommend going here. I even have leftovers because the portion is pretty big.

    Way too much food.

Had some pretty killer menudo here after blowing a tire and getting stuck for a few days. Really lifted my mood.

Keep driving! Dumpy place and bad food. Even the chips were poor! Cost more than it should have too!

Yummy and fast lunch stop on our road trip. Adobado tacos were excellent. On the spicy side, so not for the faint of heart. Friendly staff.

Humongous amount of food for the money. Fresh-made to order. Service was excellent. The atmosphere was old school 'western/Mexican.'

The restaurant is located inside the hotel, but has its own walkway entrance from street side. Traditional original old school interior, has a certain charm to it, nothing fancy but clean, comfortable and plenty of space around you. This eatery is family run and operated, and the service is friendly and kind. I had several different family members wait on me or stop by my table to check on me during my meal and visit. I opted for the Chili Rellenos, a pair of beautifully prepared cheese filled rellenos with rice and beans, along with a lemonade. Served with a basket of house chips and two salsas. My entree was very good, the pablanos were nicy prepared and stuffed and breaded in a traditional manner. Flavorful and well seasoned, a solid choice if I like rellenos, this is a good plate. I enjoyed my meal at a relaxed pace and made to feel at home while there. A fair price with good service. Worth a visit and your support. 4 Stars recommended 01019

I started with dinner menu item # 8, 2 Chile Rellenos with flower tortillas, beans, and red rice. They serve bottled beer and drinks so I chose a Negro Modelo. For my second coarse I ordered the Chicken Mole. The mole sauce was wonderful. This time I chose the corn tortillas. I had a second beer. This is a family run business which has been here since 2023. I would recommend you stop for lunch or dinner as you travel along the loneliest highway in America. After your meal you can walk up and down the Main Street of Eureka and see this old western town.
