Great establishment! Clean, great decor, good service and great Southwestern Patty Melt! Restrooms were clean. Will definitely stop again! Btw, picture of the patty melt was after I ate 1/2 of it.

Two breast chicken dinner with raspberry ice tea.

Yes this was a happenstance stop and we are very happy we stopped... it is a $$ place but the food was worth the price and Marie herself waited on us.. I had chicken breasts and Susan southwest chicken sandwich with piccadillys. Also has Wifi. Great place don't blow by it, stop in... McGill NV on US93

When…read morewe asked locals for a place to eat I'm unsure why more than one of them said, "don't go to Denny's". It's convenient, breakfast is included with your room, and it's really no different than any other Denny's anywhere. We went on two consecutive mornings when we visited Ely and although the service was a little slow during the breakfast the food was well prepared, presented and the server was very courteous. The food was exactly as expected, and I can't imagine how breakfast could be much better than this anywhere else in town. It was certainly several levels above any chain hotel buffet of heated up, pre-prepared foods. Tip - when staying for the free breakfast take the option of applying five dollars off of any menu item instead of the free breakfast. It's pretty skimpy. We paid about $25 for a very nice breakfast this way. Give it a try, especially if you're staying in the hotel. There aren't a lot of other options in Ely.

There was plenty of tables and service as good as we were rather early. We ordered the Wild Alaska Salmon and Salmon Salad Your Way. The food was very good and filling. Knocked off a star because the waitress said we could select two sides for the Wild Alaska Salmon, but not once mentioning there was extra cost; I would have liked a heads up and not be surprised when I pay the bill.

Hubby likes checking out dive bars and this fit the bill. No food. Bartender didn't understand the question "What's your well whiskey or bourbon?" Blank stare. Finally asked if they had any whiskey and she pulled a bottle from the shelf. Not familiar with the brand. Wine from boxes only. Stick with beer. We would not be denied a decent time so put some credits in the music machine and played a couple games of pool. If you go with low expectations you won't be disappointed.

It's Old School club, social meeting place, karaoke bar, dance club, etc. it's SO many more things all wrapped up into one "hell of a time ". The bartenders there are "Top Notch" & can do it all: Pro mixologists, unofficial counselors, local real-time information source, super friendly, and plain down to earth party directors. Gotta give major props to Krissie the bartender who I recently met there. She is hands down the "the Total Package" and a real life "Unicorn" (see Crazy Hot Matrix). Not only a great bartender but smart, friendly, sweet, has a great attitude & personality, and works very hard to see that you have the best time ever. Oh, and by the way, she's also "drop dead" gorgeous! Definitely my favorite club in Ely, NV (pronounced: EELEE) and home of the famous "Silver State Classic Challenge" https://en.m.wikipedia.org/. Where they actually close down a 90 mile (140km) stretch of State Route 318 for a authorized time-trial "Cannonball Run " - style race that attracts racers from all over the world! So if you're ever cruising Hwy 50 in east central Nevada https://travelnevada.com/road-trips/loneliest-road-in-america/, Ely, NV & Club Rio are a definite destination you have to experience. P.S. Make sure to say "Hi" to Krissie!

Four of my friends and I went to dinner here last Friday night and while we were waiting to be served they were complaining about the last time they had been in and how long it took to get there food. This time was no exception. The place was somewhat busy and I believe there was only one waitress. The atmosphere was noisy, the waitress was friendly and on top of it as she could be. The food was average and took a while to get. This being said it is Eureka NV with not many choices for places to work or eat so if you decide to stop in you will have to just grin and bare it.

There wasn't much of a choice. Service was ok, I think the poor boy was overworked managing the whole dining room himself and rude demanding customers screaming at him. Interior was nothing special, felt a little dirty. Had to ask for condiments. My hubbys cheeseburger was good but my chicken Philly cheesesteak had gigantic chicken slices so I can't pick it up and bite into it without the chicken falling out. I'm used to small, shredded pieces of chicken in a cheesesteak! Lemonade tastes like cough syrup. Afterwards, I had the worst stomachache the whole way home back to California. I know it's the desert but I would skip. PS: what is up with all the broken and chipped plates??? This shows this place truly does not care about the perception and the dining experience. Check out my broken chipped plate. My hubbys plate was worst with multiple chipped spots, can't see too well but check out his cheeseburger picture, you can see a chip on his plate.
