The food was ready very quickly and piping hot. Everything came with fries, Texas Toast, coleslaw, and a drink. Beyond their delicious, juicy and lightly breaded chicken; a must eat is the Texas Toast! Soft and buttery this bread seems out of place at chicken spot, but it works! Shout out to the crinkle cut fries, they are seasoned nicely with a crispy bite. I love coleslaw, but the coleslaw here is way to watery and lacks salt and vinegar. The meals are pricey, but at least your getting a higher quality than McDonald's. Who knew an entire plate of beige colored food could be so good. Don't forget the Cane sauce!

Rather than responding professionally, he became visibly irritated, shrugged his shoulders, rolled his eyes, sighed deeply, and said, "You didn't hear me the first time?" His attitude was rude, dismissive, and completely unnecessary. I was so offended by his behavior that I asked to speak with a manager. Unfortunately, instead of de-escalating the situation or listening to my concerns, the manager made the experience even worse. I didn't feel heard, my concerns were dismissed, and no effort was made to resolve the issue. At that point, I was no longer comfortable having anyone prepare or handle my food. When a customer is treated disrespectfully for simply speaking up, it creates a lack of trust in the entire experience. I have been a customer for years, and I have never felt so belittled, disrespected, and dehumanized over such a reasonable request. If an employee is taking orders while wearing a mask that makes it difficult for customers to hear, they should understand the importance of speaking clearly and loudly enough for customers to confirm their orders. This entire situation could have been avoided with basic courtesy and professionalism. Instead, I left feeling humiliated and disappointed. Because of this experience, I will not be returning to this establishment, and I hope this feedback is taken seriously so no other customer is treated this way.

I've noticed the Fingers have been dwindling in size, kind of sad looking honestly. I don't much care for the chicken but he does and the size is the first thing he notices. Although tiny, they are crispy and tender. My favorite part of the meal is the toast with that sauce! Ooh that sauce! It goes perfectly with the toast, the fries, and of course the chicken. I'm not much of a Coleslaw person so that's all him. It's not the best chicken Fingers I've ever had but it is the closest fast food chicken joint (other than KFC) to us.
