The young lady who helped me was friendly and packed everything nicely in a cardboard box, including all the fixings and a bag of chips. I have to admit, the menudo was very good! The broth tasted clean, flavorful, and delicious. My only reason for giving it 4 stars is that I would have preferred a little more hominy to balance everything out. There were also plenty of large chunks of tripe. Depending on how you like your menudo, that could be a positive or negative. Personally, I prefer my tripe cut into smaller pieces. Overall, I really enjoyed it and would definitely recommend Burrito Lalo to anyone looking for a good bowl of menudo in Buellton. My only advice is to make sure you tell them exactly how you like your menudo, especially the size and amount of tripe and hominy. That part was my mistake for not asking. I know they don't want you to linger, but this was nearly painful. Restroom was fine, and the young woman we did interact with to get our food was friendly and polite. I'll stop here again because they have gluten free options and they're right off the 101, but I hate the new ordering system and dining in is sort of awful.

I also noticed after leaving that the avocado listed with the tacos was completely missing from my order. The tacos still tasted good, but they weren't prepared exactly as described on the menu.

So feeling hungry figured I'll go to Carl's we ordered two bean and cheese burritos and western bacon and a milk shake. The milk shake was less then half way fool I told the manager on duty he told me in was lying and started yelling at me then he goes let me see it I'll fill it up. Grabs whip cream and fills it and says it is full now.the bean and cheese where the size of a soft taco why pay money for them if the that small. The western had no onion ring on it wat a waste. Look around, there are plenty of better places surrounding this awful Carl's Jr.. disgusting appliances obviously never serviced. I wouldn't feed this food to, but only the people who serve it.
