First of all let me say that I realize establishments have issues with people using their restrooms and not purchasing. But when an elderly person is in need of a bathroom prior to ordering they really should accommodate. Do better Can I add that this is not a reflection of the employees working hard. We ordered our food through the app and spent $26+ dollars which is fine. However, the food itself was nasty af. The onion rings tasted old and like freezer burn. 2/11/23 I know what you're thinkin'...why Jack in the Crack after visiting Solvang? We gots to go!!! Hubby says that rain is predicted to hit Solvang & we wanted to avoid it for an uneventful ride back home. So we opted to just get a quick bite & skedaddle. This location is right before the 101 South, perfect! The staff was amiable & the service was quick, we were in & outta there in about 5 minutes, give or take. Got a chicken nugget combo with fries & hubby's chicken sandwich. Everything is pretty good except for the salty fries but maybe hubby's tome if the month is ip & he wanted the saltiness-am LMAO, coz he doesn't know I'm putting that on this review. Anyway, I know it's a chain & really nothing to write home about but the service was quick & he was nice, fries & nuggets were piping hot, tasty (although salty but hubby's giving it the 2 thumbs up). So I'll give em a 4 star. No muss, no fuss! read more

We love Jack in the box. However, this was the worst location I've ever been too. We're out on vacation and stopped by for a quick lunch on our way back home. The manager, Gloria, provided horrible service. She refused to take our order and told us to order on the self serve screen. Another employee walked over, crew member, and proceeded to help up. The single worst Jack in the Box I have ever visited. No customers in the restaurant yet the lady texting behind the counter says after we waited 5 min, "I'll be with you in a bit". My feet stuck to the floor in the restroom, there was TP all over the floor and it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a week. I even was afraid to touch the door handle to get out. The mat in front of the soda machine was not just sticky but gooey. As I lift my foot up, I could feel and see strings of goo coming up from the mat to my shoe. I'm sure it cleaned off all the goo from the restroom that was on my foot though. All the trash cans were overflowing. There was even a manager going around taking pictures of the cans but not doing anything about it or the mess. I won't even go into the inconsistency of the food. Suffice it to say, it was on par with the lack of care shown throughout the entire restaurant. I will NEVER visit this store again. Driving from Southern California to SLO, we stopped because my husband really enjoys the Jack In the Box milkshakes. We went to drive through . When we received the milkshake it was a thick soft cone type ice cream. They said they couldn't do anything about it. He asked for a refund as he didn't want an ice cream with his burger. They said they couldn't because there wasn't a manager in duty .... It was Sunday, 1:30 in the afternoon. I ran in to use the restroom and found it very dirty unfortunately, with no seat covers, tissue all over the floor and the sink was dirty, etc. Not good. I hope this helps improve this location. A very nice man helped us, his name said Patrick and I believe he was the manager. He was so kind, helpful and just had a really good energy about him. So my mom and myself came here to eat after leaving the casino and we ordered $29 worth of food. My mom ordered Spicy chicken sandwich and it came out burnt she took it back to the manager and he said it looks but I can assure you it's not. He said we've had alot of complaints about it as well and he still have her attitude about her wanting a replacement one.
