They go above and beyond with compounding my script and supplying other non gmo and preservative free items you can buy locally and pay cash (yes you can use a bank card too) for. The pharmacist read through everything on the bottle, with other customers around, and opened the ointment container. I didn't ask for any of that and couldn't wait to get back in my car. If you're going over medication with a customer, consider their privacy and hear them when they say they don't have any questions or concerns. The whole interaction was uncomfortable, when I could have just been handed the prescription and walked out.

At the end of getting my CAT scan done I was told that I could sign up for a portal and an email would be sent to me. I did so and I never received the email. I called multiple times based upon this and nobody was ever returning my phone calls or answering the phone so I decided to go in and speak to them. The one older lady at the front desk was very rude and discourteous to me and kept saying that she did email me when she did not. The other woman did help me with the situation and get onto the portal so I was able to get copies of my CT scan and information needed for my doctor or future doctors that will need this information. I deducted stars simply because of the woman at the front desk, who was very rude to me, and she kept interrupting when I was talking to the other lady who was helping. Updated 2 weeks later. No one is answering the phone and my ent needs a report faxed over so I have to drive over there to speak to someone in person and hope they provide it for me.

So I sat in the doctors office for over an hour to be told about her religious beliefs. I reassured her that I was taking it to maintain my menstrual cycle and it didn't matter she told me to find a new doctor which I was going to anyway. Don't waste your time going somewhere close if you live near this practice because it's not worth it she's not understanding she's argumentative and makes you feel like your time is not important. This visit alone wasn't the first bad experience I had I wish I had change sooner so I didn't have a second and third bad experience I learned my lesson

I saw Dr Medwin 2015 -2018and was very pleased with her treatment and brought my daughter in for…read morean evaluation by another practioner in her practice for an initial consult . We were informed on the website, by the staff and by a large sign in the waiting room that this appt would be longer than 30 min appt and would involve thorogh evaluation and treatment including adjustment heat and stim. Dr Solla was running 30 min late which I accepted since it was his first day. He was personable and knowlegeable . however after @15 min he gave my daughter exercises to do at home and stretched her for less than a minute. This cost 120 out of pocket. When I contacted Dr medwin she was dismissive, defensive and unconcerned. She said her website needed to be revised and would take sign down. I do not recommend this practice
