The customer service was exactly what you'd expect from a small shop like this; the cashiers were happy to let me browse in quiet, and engaged in pleasant conversation about the artists and items I'd chosen during my visit. So much caught my eye while I was browsing - jewelry, stationary, wall hangings, table top art, and so much more. I thought things were very reasonably priced for a handmade vendor market and spent less than $20 on two small gifts for friends. I will definitely be back during my future visits to Troy to see what new treasures await at this boutique.

What this translates into is that you KNOW you will find something when you walk in, because the interests are so wide. Regarding the start-ups, it's neat for them to have a place to launch their businesses while having some support or infrastructure at the same time. I wish there were more places like this.
