I tried to work with two other companies prior to them to get my power wheelchair. Neither company could accommodate my special requests. Kristine, Jeff, and John at the Prime Care office had no issues working with my special requests. It is difficult for me to communicate via telephone due to not only my disabilities, but also a poor cell signal at my house. They had no issues at all communicating solely via text and email. They took care of all the paperwork and communications with my doctor and insurance company to get the proper forms filed. They were all courteous, polite, and professional every step of the way. They kept me informed of where we were in the process and what I would need to do in my home to get it ready for my chair. John worked with me to get the chair delivered when it was convenient for me. At delivery he explained all I needed to know and answered all my questions. Truly a great team at this company. I definitely recommend them if you need a power wheelchair, or any other medical equipment.

I went into this store today and was greeted by the woman who works there like she normally does…read moreand that with judgement and condescension. I purchased a very expensive product that is $107 for a bottle that contains 10 individual items. I bought 2 and went on my way. When I got home I opened 1 bottle and realized it only had 8 items. I'm a very regular customer and have purchased many of these from this store. So back in the car and returned to the store only to be met with an aggressive and angry judgemental woman. She accused me of trying to con the store and called the owner. He told her to refund me $20 and I'm not sure what else he was saying. When shared the math with her she became very defensive and angry. Now even though the difference was minimal because I was treated so rudely I wanted the difference. I was then told to get the f$&k out of the store and was told very loudly that I was a drug addict and a piece of s$&t. This from a store with a sign on the front door that says they were selling weed illegally. This from a store that sells many different kinds of mind altering substances. Never in my many years on the planet, have I been treated so poorly by a store that I spend ALOT of money. I only tolerated running into her at this store because there's a guy that's works there that is always pleasant and helpful. I think it's safe to say that I visited this store for the last time. My advice to anyone looking for products they sell would be to look elsewhere. That's of course if you don't want to be treated in the most awful manner when YOU get cheated by the employees and owner of this incredibly rude business. I'm a firm believer in Karma and it always comes back to bite you when you least expect it. Thanks for reading.
