I went through the drive-through and ordered a latte and a croissant croissant was on edible so dry, so I called the company and told them, and all they said was OK thanks I was expecting a new croissant or a credit I was completely completely disappointed by the lack of their empathyI know it's just a croissant but really! Caribou generally has pretty consistent quality from store to store. It's nice to have this option in Waconia, but the parking and the drive through are rough. There is a pretty long line for the drive through and while it was relatively efficient, it was longer than most lines (at least early in the morning.) read more

All I asked for was a simple americano. They couldn't even get that right. Now I enjoyed my coffee until I got to the bitter end. The last sip was straight coffee grounds. Are you serious? This sorry of excuse of a coffee shop can't even make there coffee right. Disappointment doesn't say enough. Outright cruel and unusual punishment. Slow service and I got my order sat down to eat it and realize they never toasted my bagel and it was pre-spread (which normally is a perk) but I couldn't toast it then and the cheese didn't spread well on the normal bread. I like the partnership with brueggers overall though read more

I love this coffee shop! All of the employees are always friendly and despite the other reviews, I never have an issue with getting my food in a timely manner! It's a calm place to go and study or catch up with some friends, and it has a great Minnesotan feel. It's very clean and the bathrooms are very nice. read more

I love this location. I recently met my uncle for a latte and bagel and both were delicious. Admittedly, my favorite is their classic coffee cake which I had as well ;) The staff is friendly and hard working completing my order correctly always. Stopped in after a workout at Crusher Crossfit and was quite hungry. Ordered the Barnyard burger and it was very good. Also ordered a salad that was fresh and well prepped. I was looking for a healthy meal and was very satisfied. The atmosphere was your typical coffee shop, people working on their computers, a family having dinner and us. I used to love this caribou until the owner came off very disrespectful to my kids and I. The employees themselves were very kind. I refuse to come to this caribou with the owner working. My kids and I just wanted a drink and he would roll his eyes while I spoke. He had no interest in helping us. Very immature on his part. Drivethru experience was horrible. 19 minutes to get 2 drinks and 2 bagels. The line to get to the window was 6-7 deep. Drive through is SO slow. If there's a few cars in line, expect to wait at least 10-15 mins. Can't stop there if I'm in any kind of rush.

Service is great and always some at the cash register with a smile. The coffee is from a chain so you know what your gonna get. In this case that's a good thing. The only thing about this particular caribou is that the wi fi is just terrible. Yeah it works, but you can't do anything in it because it's so slow. Management, please update this! read more

Horrible costumer service. Ordered. Waited 25 minutes for a sandwich. And my order was wrong. When I explained what happened I was first ignored and then given excuses about how they are under staffed. All they had to do was say sorry and fix it.
