Worse, I initially asked for the pool to be cleaned, not for someone to "inspect" the equipment. That part was never discussed. The technician failed to identify the actual issue--one of the vents was closed--which I figured out myself later. That's a basic check that should've taken seconds. I can't imagine anyone thinking this service was worth $150. I've been trying to get in touch with a manager for over three weeks. I've been told repeatedly that someone would get back to me, but no one ever has. Totally unprofessional, poor communication, and not at all aligned with what I asked for. Would not recommend.
