Luckily, they had a jacuzzi brand vsp in stock. After talking with Debbie at the store I made my purchase and ran home to install it before the party which would be days later. Install went great but there was a problem with the display buttons. I managed to setup it up the way I needed via the Bluetooth app and the party was great with a clean pool. I followed up with Debbie on the problem with the buttons and share started working on it on her end. The problem was determined to be the sticker covering the button panel and apparently there was a revision made at the factory. She called me when it came in and I was able to easily swap it out and have a fully functional pump panel now. I can only imagine the hell it would have been had I purchased a pump online and had an issue like this. I normally do like to shop local when I can and since my interactions with Debbie at the local store I've started getting all of my supplies locally and supporting my local store since they have supported me greatly since the pump. Doesn't matter the question I have I know I can reach out to my local store now and for that they have earned all of my pool supplies business. Everyone there has been nothing but absolutely helpful and friendly.

They also couldn't be bothered to clean off the pool cover, or fill and install the ladder, because they claimed there was no access to water. I have a fully functional hose bib and 100' garden hose at the front of the house. just shamelessly lazy and unthorough. and the worst part was they left a note saying "ladder in pool". I will never use them again. try Leslies, or Nemo's, or Fox pools.

I am trying to like these people as they install our inground pool, but they seem to want every step of the way to be a surprise and half finished. Communication would have gone a long, long way but they completely and utterly lacked in informing us of what to expect, when to expect it, and made clear attempts at excuses for things that could have been straightforward communication and I would have understood. The subcontractors they used were very nice and seemed to do a decent job. My impression is that Goodall failed at project planning to complete the job efficiently, and communication was at best reactive to our constant probes of questions to figure out what was going to go on at our home with this large project. It made it very difficult to plan our own parts of the project (ie landscaping, etc) and wasted a lot (a couple thousand dollars) of our money with wasted materials and I can't even tell you how much of our time has been wasted that could have been prevented if they provided a clear plan, design, and information. I will update this review when we're all said and done to hopefully a better rating with full details.

The only good experience was the salesperson, of course that was only because I was writing a 7…read morethousand dollar check. The installation crew failed miserably, they started the install then abruptly stopped during the water filling phase do to it being "too cold". The rubber liner wouldn't stretch enough while filling so it started pulling the metal walls down. So they left, and I mean dropped everything where it laid and left. Cardboard boxes left laying randomly, parts of the pool hastily piled up, bags of hard wear all over the yard, sand all over my driveway and pool deck. So I called the foreman, he was extremely dismissive of my concerns for the pool, the damaged side wall and the disarray. His statement was they'll be out "sometime" next week or the week after! Now the pool is in even worse shape due to crew not attaching all the top rails and caps correctly, so wind has pushed the walls in and most of the top rails are broken. DO NOT USE VAN DORN POOLS!!
