One day after we rented the car it was stolen.
We asked if the car had gps to locate it, but never got a straight answer about this.
When we went to the rental store was closed even though it was during open hours. Later...
The staff in the office insinuated we had something to do with the vehicle missing. The employee was very condescending when she explained the car could not be stolen without the key. We knew this was not true and pointed it out.
She also said that they had to charge us double the deposit for the car being stolen. This was also not true as confirmed by her manager.
The employee said she could not contact her manager because he was very busy. When we asked for his name and number then she called him.
We left feeling like we were scammed by the rental car company. read more
