Booked through Expedia.Walked in to pick up people carrier for family.Went through the motions all the way to pay .Don't take Revolut.Customer service guy smug cheeky and arrogant.Went to pay with my card couldnt as booking was under diff name.He walked away and left us there with the impression there was nothing could be done .So happy he left the transaction.Anither gentleman took over and sorted the entire thing in two minutes.A pleasure to deal with .The first guy should not have a job in a capacity that deals with non French speakers .Sorry for this language but Iam a business owner and if one of my employees ever treated a client in that way it would be they're last day.Everything else to do with the vehicle was 100% but next trip to Lyon my fourth this year will not involve the risk of having to deal with that person again bearing in mind on vehicle return he was the guy in the picture that walks in looking at the ground after being exposed!. read more
