Excellent Experience with CarFix of Garner! I brought my Audi in and ended up needing a full turbo system replacement, and the team at CarFix did an exceptional job from start to finish. After scheduling a routine oil change and getting ready to check out, I was given the list of things found during the inspection. Mostly little things. They found excessive moisture in the brake fluid which made the brake's feel spongy. I agreed to flush system. Brakes now work perfect without the spongy feeing. The also noticed two oil leaks. The one was around the timing chain cover. That is the one I chose to get repaired right away. The price was reasonable and comparable to the dealership price. When they opened up the cover they found the timing chain tensioner was broken. This made this an internal repair. They contacted my third party warranty company and got the repair approved which saved me $1800 out of pocket. Thank you for going the extra step. read more

This place is amazing. The staff was friendly and the waiting room was clean. My mother and I were on our way to pick up my brother from his last day in the military when the alternator when out in his car. Tired and far away from home, we called every garage within a ten mile radius to see if anyone could fix the car. These guys were friendly, professional and compassionate. They had the job finished within a few hours and even recommended a good restaurant to us while we waited for the car to be fixed. They were genuinely good people and they helped my family so much. I have found my new place for any of my car repairs. Zander took care of me and made everything so easy to make my decision on letting them do the work I needed. Super nice, friendly, and happy. Went into details worked with me with everything. Found issues that other place did not and walked me through everything. Did not try and tell me that everything had to get done all at the same time. Great service from guys who know their stuff but don't push for unnecessary extras. I tried them once with a Groupon deal and never went back to Jiffy Lube again. Even without a deal, their prices are as good or better and the experience is definitely better than the rest. They even make it comfortable to wait, with a clean, open waiting room with a big TV, free wifi, and a kids play area. From what I saw, all the staff working there had upbeat attitudes and were willing to go above and beyond. Ivan was very helpful. If he didn't refresh my memory on repairs covered by my CarMax warranty, I would have had to pay $2400 more than what by bill ended up to be.
