GO TO THE HOSPITAL NOT HERE!! I took my daughter to this location for multiple reasons choking being the main one and they could not help her. I had to go next-door to the hospital not to mention when I first got there. It took about 10 to 15 minutes for anyone to even come to get my daughter checked in. They were very rude and very slow. Don't go! Don't even waste your time. This is by far the worst Urgent care I've ever been to in my life. We've been here 3 times to give it a far shot and each time it just got worse. Checking in online doesn't do anything. It said 2 people were in front of me and yet I still waited 2+ hours to be seen. The Doctors themselves are terrible. Scam billing, this entire organization is a joke. Worst experience at an Urgent Care in my life. The women at the front desk are incredibly rude, the one running benefits in particular. They insisted on charging me a copay even though I've hit my out-of-pocket max and I showed them proof of this. Turns out it's because they billed me under an out-of-network doctor, instead of Care Now (which is the in-network facility). So I ended up with a $400 bill for a simple cold. They made me wait for hours in a dirty waiting room with a person coughing all over me. I think I left sicker than when I went in, no resolution, and $400 poorer. Absolutely disgusting. read more

The check in was slow and cumbersome but that is not the reason for a poor review, the diagnosis was completely wrong, my 2 yr old had had a fever that reached 103.5 at times per the digital thermometer and a cough. It was late so we took him to urgent care at 7306 Louetta Rd, Spring Tx. Dr Nguyen (pronounced "Win") took a look at him. Saw some redness in the ears and, with a quick glance, nothing in the throat and confidently said it was an ear infection and prescribed antibiotics. The next day, spots began to appear on his hands, feet and around his mouth. He had HFMD (hand, foot and mouth disease), a common, very contagious viral disease especially in children. I called Dr Nguyen and he just made excuses and really didn't provide any useful advice and cut the call short after a few minutes. He should have known that he could not make an accurate diagnosis at the time. He should have advised of the possibilities and followed up the next day or so. But, quite frankly, he didn't seem to care. I think this clinic is focused on profit, not on care. The charged $180 for that visit. Thank God for Google. It was Google that got us through this disease which, btw, was very unpleasant and persistent (9 days). read more

I have never, as a patient, been so ill treated by the entire staff of a clinic. Even after getting my insurance provider involved, the insurance employee informed me the clinic staff was "...(pause) rude". Nicole is the only one for whom I got a name. Both my insurance provider and I were told that my scripts were sent twice and there was nothing more that could be done. Mind you, they sent it to the incorrect pharmacy even after being told the correct one twice, and then sent only 1 of the 2 scripts. Horrible service and rude employees. I came in today dude at the counter for almost 10 minutes before I was even said hello to. Finally a person came out and said the lady at the front desk is busy doing something in the back so I waited another 10 minutes. After this employee came out she told me that I would have to upload documents and do things that I've never done before via my telephone. After completing this she called me up and told me I had $160 balance yet could not tell me any more information about how this balance was accrued. I've paid my $10 co-pay every time I visited this place and was never told about any balance. She told me there's a phone number I can call but yet she would have to collect payment before they looked at me even though she could not tell me any details about the balance.Worst service I've ever had at an urgent care I will never be back. read more

This place is awful and disorganized. They sent my prescription to wrong pharmacy multiple times and refused to fix it, I spent over 1 hour begging them to fix it. They keep mixing up Walgreens and Walmart. This happened on multiple visits. Do NOT go here. Next Level is way more professional. read more

I agree with the review stating scam billing. The only thing that they did was check my blood pressure and advise that I go to the emergency room. Billed my insurance $511.00. I ended up paying $200 (my so-called responsibility) for a blood pressure check. Called their billing department and the representative was very unprofessional. I don't even wanna give this one star but I guess I have to this care now was the most rude the most inappropriate now that I have ever been to I pride myself and going to a care now when anything is wrong with me or I feel like anything is wrong with me so that I don't have an expensive hospital bill Also go to now because I know that they actually see me and hear me out when I tell them what's going on with me THIS CARE NOW WAS NOT IT Every stuff that I encountered was rude. The first I thought I encountered was the lady at the desk and when she had told me that my self-pay would be $180 I asked her when did it go up because I used to only pay $80 Then I had another nurse look at me like I did something wrong by asking the question and said no it has never been $80 because just last year when I came for the exact same thing at the exact same time I even have the pay on how much I paid self-pay no insurance and it was $80. The lady was extremely rude. The doctor was extremely rude as well. I asked her a couple questions about my condition that she decided to diagnose me with her just looking at my skin she decided to diagnose me with a Scarlet rash when I've actually been having an allergic reaction when I told her this was going on with me. She told me nobody knows what's going on with your body unless you do bloodwork my issue not only did I come up here to get a better result than I would at the hospital but I also came here to actually know what's been going on with me instead they told me that it was this medicine that they gave me last year from my last appointment instead of actually trying to figure out what is going on with me pushed me out the door right after I went in there for three different issues and they only solved one issue and I did not leave happy with the issue at all due to the fact that they were not very informational at all. They were not very helpful at all. They very much seem like they didn't care to be there or help me or even want to be at work not one but all the stuff that I encountered, this was the worst that I had ever been to in the 24 years of my life. I went in there and praying with good intentions that I am going to figure out what's going on with me and left upset because people were rude to me didn't help me with my diagnosis and very rude to any of the questions that I had in regard of my condition, never go to this never go to this care now ever they will not help you. Please don't go here from 6pm until they close at 8:00pm they won't see you. Did a mobile check in at 6:30pm sat outside for 30 minutes in our car to have the rude lady at the front desk call us on the phone to say they couldn't see my daughter because they were full, they still had people waiting in there cars and they closed in an hour. There was no one waiting in there cars (I looked) and only one family in the waiting room. It was obvious she was lying and trying to get rid of us. I went right down 2920 to Nextlevel care @5211 2920 (in front of H-E-B) and was seen with no problem what so ever. The nurse practitioner there was great! The front desk staff are HORRIBLE. Very rude and unprofessional. They charge you whatever they want without checking your insurance. I was told 3 different prices! The lady after me was told a price and then called her son and he said he's never paid that price so then they looked it up and said that's correct and went with the price her son had always paid. I came back a second time and didn't have to pay anything! I came back the 3rd time and they were saying I would need to pay and the 2nd time I came they made a mistake by not charging me. The lady was extremely rude! Rolling her eyes and replying with smart remarks all while my son was swelling up from an allergic reaction to the medication they prescribed. I end up leaving and going to the emergency room. I wouldn't recommend taking a pet bird to this location if they accepted animals. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU'RE BIG ON CUSTOMER SERVICE!
