It started out with a phone call from Bill Carroll to the client in order to get an assessment on what the client is wanting from the company. Mr. Carroll provided a walk trough of how to use USAJOBs and to let the client know that based off their work experience and resumes, which area on USAJOBs they should be applying for or focus area. They will take your old resume to start the basic groundwork and send the client a questionnaire to get more information to make your resume stronger. They will send you a draft version where you can review, make changes and email back to the writers. They will correct all information and send the final version back to the client within 14 days. Very aggressive about getting your money. Claim to be experts in getting you a government job, As a 60% disabled veteran, these morons couldn't write a resume to even qualify me to be eligible. They claim that they coach you through the process, but after they got my money, I had to continually call them to get my finished product prior to the announcement closing. I have a very technical background doing aviation policy for the US Army. Their "Expert" writing my resume was some clown who was a cop in the Air Force! Save your money. There are plenty of books out there that can get you through the process. These folks charge top dollar, and DO NOT deliver. read more

Even though I have a Masters Degree in English Literature, writing Executive Career Qualifications (ECQs) is a complicated, one time task!
