Pros: SUPERB CLEANING, Quickly done, Very professional…read more Cons: That I booked for only 2days out the week I have been in search of a commercial cleaning for about 3 months I hired a team prior Personal Touch Solutions, and they were not up to my standards, so I kept searching and I came across an Instagram page: PERSONAL TOUCH SOLUTIONS LLC, the slogan was "Quality cleaning done right the first time" I was intrigued so I went to the site that was in the bio (personaltouchsoultionsllc.com) and called the number on the site. I left a message and within a few hours I was contacted by Carissa. She was very pleasant and professional as I was telling her my needs; from there we scheduled a walk-through of my office. After we completed the walkthrough we discussed a price for 2 days out of the week which was very reasonable. The price was a little more than the previous cleaning team but I knew for what I was asking to be done that Personal Touch Solutions would get the job done. I was pleased and confident in my decision. On the day of that was scheduled Carissa and her team arrived on time. I was still in my office working on my last client, I was pleased that Carissa greeted me and let me know that she was there with her team (to keep in mind I stayed over after closing). As I was ending with my client, Carissa did another walk through with her team, they all were neatly dressed in their khaki and personal touch solutions shirt they were professional also they all greeted me and my client I was shocked I've never experience such great customer service! I left while they were cleaning and they ensured me that they would lock up and they did. Walking in the next morning the office smelt so inviting I was ecstatic Carissa and her team did an AWSOME JOB!!!! Everything was clean and dusted; honestly the cleaning that was done exceeded my standards. Knowing that your business is clean gives off an AMAZING FEELING, I didn't have to check or re-clean anything. I am very grateful for Personal Touch Solutions. If anyone has any questions about Personal Touch Solutions, leave a comment to my review and I'll get back to you."

The company has been Johnny on the Spot with quick turn around response times to our endless questions! They have made themselves available to us virtually and in person and are accessible on demand. We have found their professional guidance and options to be very effective and productive. What I found most impressive and helpful, was Yara's willingness and ability to school me on QuickBooks. She had patience and an intimate working knowledge to break down the process in understandable chunks. I went in feeling intimidated by the process, but left feeling like a champ! QuickBooks, bring it on! That they are local and Veteran-owned is a cherry on top. We are more than satisfied with their service and encourage you to give them a call -- you won't be disappointed!

Dr Shanann Huie responded swiftly to inquiry and scheduled an in-person appointment for the following day. For the first time ever filing taxes, I was fortunate to have an exceptionally knowledgeable individual guide me through the process. Dr. Huie's expertise extended to assisting me with establishing an iD/IRS login, ensuring that there were no issues with prior tax filing and educating on benefits of use. I filed a small claims case agains Christoper Russell because I paid him, a contractor who is…read morelicensed in the state of Georgia to draw up floor plans for a nail salon that I am starting. On August 13, 2020, I paid him the retainer fee in the form of a direct transfer from my Bank of America Account to his account that he requested in the amount of $350 and the balance of $450 when the job was completed. Christopher Russell assured me that the plans would be complete in 2 days. After about 3-4 days I contacted Chris and requested the floor plans he told me that he would have my plans submitted on Monday, August 17, 2020. On Wednesday, August 19, 2020, asked for the plans he told me that he wasn't finished. Then he kept giving me the run around. I ask him to at least send me a picture that he even started the job, nothing. After that, he would not answer my calls, text messages, or emails. It wasn't until August 25, 2020, when he saw that I left reviews about his business on Yelp and his Facebook page that he called me and demanded I take down my reviews. He also threatens to keep my money and floor plans unless I took down the reviews. He then went onto my social media and in retaliation posted things about me. Mr Russell is now claiming to have my floor plains but is refusing to give them to me or even show me anything that he has "supposedly" started. He is maliciously keeping the floor plans that I have paid for and is costing me money as I have hired a contractor to do the work that I can not get done on the start dates and I have lost my deposit with the contractor that is to start my work in the amount of $1500.00. I now have to pay rent for a space that I can not occupy in the amount of $3000.00 because the floor plans are not given to me. I also spoke with Georgia secretary of state and found that Christoper Russell is not a licenced artictect, not a contractor licenced to work on Commercial spaces but residential spaces. Christopher Russell is not an architect and I would not be able to use these drawings because they have to be done by a licenced Architect in the state of Georgia and the drawing myst have a wet stamp along with a signature from a licenced architect. I went on his company's facebook, yelp and google I noticed other people were complaining that he ripped them off. I got in touch with a women listed on his website and she confirmed that he is a scam artist that no longer works for him and that other people are complaining and waiting on their money back. Zack Blain was another person that I noticed left a review on his facebook reveiw ("Chris is a nightmare of a person. Do not bring him your business. He has a serious drug problem and needs help. He still owes me money to this day and refuses to pay up. Highly do not recommend you waste your time with him.
