The turnaround time was so quick, and my resume came back looking amazing. They didn't just update it; they strategically leveraged my experience, highlighting my skills and qualifications in ways I hadn't even thought of. Fast forward to now--after submitting the resume, I got a callback from a recruiter for a GS position on my very first application (w/ THRS) ! Even though I applied on the last day and wasn't in the first batch, the recruiter specifically mentioned that my resume stood out so much that I made it into the second batch. The best part? They said I'd qualify for a higher position grade because of how well my resume showcased my experience. THRS has helped me get the federal position I have earned! Honestly, I can't thank THRS enough. They didn't just give me a polished resume--they helped me present my skills in the best light possible, and it's already paying off. If you're looking to take your career to the next level, I definitely recommend THRS!
