I have a website from the other website company however it's been 6 months and nothing is happening and I swear it has a terrible look. I take really nice pictures for them but when they put it on their website it's getting pixelated. I tried asking them to fix it but I never got an answer. I tried working with other websites on my own though my previous subscriber said they are the death of DIY but I still feel of doing things on my own so I tried wix, wordpress, squarespace and godaddy but im too busy to work on this until one day while I was in a rush for my flight to New York my phone keeps on ringing I pick up the phone and they said they are from blupumpkin. I laugh so hard and wonder what is blupumpkin because I haven't seen one and they said they are a website development company. I asked the guy to call me back in 2 hours and while I am waiting for my flight to depart to New York I listened to them and they showed me their website and their sample site. I am surely impress of how clean their website is. It's simple but direct to the point. I tried checking their other site and it looks good. So on that day I sign up and the next day I talked to my project manager. She is so sweet and we can relate to each other as she herself is a traveler and a photographer too so she is indeed the good fit to work on my site. After a few days my full built site is done and i am so impress they sure have a really nice design and their developers are well experienced. She was very friendly and helped answer all of my questions about the promotional items I was considering. I purchased the Scripto Tech Dual Ballpoint Stylus (Item#: 6002-17). An art proof of the pens was emailed for my approval 24 hours after I had purchased the pens and my order shipped the following day. I could not have asked for more prompt service. Unfortunately, the pens do not look as nice as they appeared to be on the website. There are two seams that run down the barrel of the pen. When I notified Monica that I was not happy with the pens she offered me a 10% off discount on my next order. It was a nice gesture, but I think I might have to require a sample next time instead of relying on a digital proof.

Up front she said that while the seal might not be 100% the same material as our original seals, we would get a very comparable product for about $230. The seals we got were not only perfect, and at the price quoted, but I think the material is exactly the same. We got a free sample first of all, and I couldn't tell any difference. The were embossed, very sticky, and just all around perfect. I can't believe we managed to get those seals duplicated and for less than 25% of the cost... that's crazy. Shelley was so professional and on the ball... all handled in record speeds... we will definitely be ordering from her again when the need arises.

I've been with 2 SEO groups before, and while I did not dislike either, neither of them made me feel like they were as in tuned with my business needs as Goals Media Group. To say I was reluctant to change SEO providers would be QUITE the understatement! If it weren't for the family member referring me, I'm not sure I would have even had the conversation. The first SEO provider I had was very small, and while they were somewhat helpful, there were times that I felt that they were just taking my money. Some months we did okay, and others I felt I was wasting my money. My last provider was HUGE, and very expensive. But, they got results. As a small business, I wondered at times whether we were a good match, because I felt that they spent their time and energies more on "the bigger fish." I think that Goals Media Group is the perfect situation for me. Clearly they have really large clients which (ostensibly) shows me that they know what they're talking about, but I received all the attention that I needed. I didn't have to wait days and days to get answers to questions, and they are always there if I need something. But, MOST IMPORTANTLY, they get results! I can say that our phone started ringing off the hook once we made the switch. We started getting inquiries about our services and we were booking consultations left and right! He claimed I scammed him but I never did. I called out someone from his camp named Javoe who did a YouTube campaign for me but I noticed bots instantly and he ended up running off with my money. I wanna say about 2 years ago I had rebuilt my relationship with the CEO of OMM, he saw my review on Trustpilot and asked if I could take the review down, that was my mistake and that's how I got mislead. He did a few promotions for me which were going well then the minute I stopped paying for the promotions because it was no longer needed for a song, he stopped responding to me. He started ignoring my emails, text messages, calls. It started to go back to square one, I don't know if his company has been bought but they've been refunding me because the engagement volume for my music was "too low" but that was probably another way of them saying they can't put any money into the promotion as well. Oh yes, I know how their operation works when it comes to promotion but I pay them since I can't be on top of promoting music 24/7 while maintaining a 9-5. When the music scene got exposed, OMM went into hiding, then here comes a podcast with the CEO. Now he's posting stories on his IG but ignoring everything else. I guess it's time to say Goodbye to Organic Music Marketing, it was a pleasure working with this company when it was still underground. UPDATE: The CEO of the company contacted me personally the day after I made this review. It's crazy that a 1 star review will get him to talk and he's telling me "Please, if there's anything I can do, let me know" when he knows exactly what's going on. I do believe Mike Logan is not a real person and the CEO is covering up his tracks but like I said, it was nice when it was underground. I had the worst experience ever. I gave a guy name Paul Proda $2600 cash for a marketing campaign…read more Turns out it was bots and fake views on YouTube, and Instagram. I had several conversations about the fake Instagram bots within a few days but he keep trying to assure me that it would change. The fake views on my clients YouTube account sent me over the edge. Prior to the fake bots on Instagram my client would get a min of 1000 views on story post, about 700 likes and about 80 comments. Instagram only shows your post to 10% and now that 10% is bots. He now gets 25 likes and 3 comments. As far as his YouTube account... they literally put likes on his account while I was watching after adding 50K views. One min it was 10 likes then it was 1000 likes when I refreshed the screen after complaining to him and asking for my money back. He told me I pretty much had to deal with it because they don't do refunds. Trust and believe I am about to do my due diligence with this situation and let the public know how this company scammed my client. My client has also had a dramatic lost in fake followers so I can only assume that Instagram is dropping them off or they fall off after a while.... at least 3000 in a month. They advertise on their pages that all views are organic but it is clear that the bots have torn my clients page down, if you review his content prior to the service we paid for. On 8/10/2022 there were 5082 bots added per my attachment. On 8/13 I asked about the fake people and he told me not to be concerned about them. Please review attachment.
