I think Kyle, Alicia and the team at Giant Marketing probably know more of what I want/need then I…read moredo. I appreciate their continuous help and I will support them whenever I can. Let them help you and your business with signage, lanyards, T-shirts, branded masks - yep, they do it all. Shipping is quick too. Thanks everyone for helping to make my life easier!

Giant Postcards is truly the worst advertising company I've ever worked with in my 20 years of…read moreexperience. I manage a small neighborhood gym in Chicago IL and have worked with multiple companies over the years doing direct mail pieces. Originally they told us they would partner us up with a neighboring business to save us money but once we committed to do a 10, 000 piece New Year's Special mailing they then said that we would have to find the neighboring business ourselves. We ended up doing the single user card at a much higher price. So a little bait and switch to start. Scott- the VP of Operations- assured us that our mailer would arrive in our customers homes no later than Jan 3rd. Several days later Scott then said it would be Jan 7th as we weren't part of their national customer- Anytime Fitness I believe- even though we had never claimed to be I and several employees live in the neighborhood and so we had first hand experience of the postcards' arrival date. None were on time and some were as late as the 21st. Two weeks past the date they told us. This worried us so we started an internal audit of our members to see if they had gotten their postcards late as well. We quickly discovered that over 70% had never even received them in the first place. We had paid them thousands of dollars to get our advertisement to our customers and they had failed. I contacted Scott at Giant Postcards told him what we had discovered and was promised that he would "get to the bottom of this." After multiple requests via e-mail and by phone to get more information on what happened and more importantly how would they fix this problem I was finally told by Scott-" I'm sorry that this happened. I've only had something like this happen a handful of times. There's nothing we can do about it. Our job is to deliver the mailer to the post office. And we have done what we were contractually obligated to do. We may never know what happened to your postcards- I'm sorry to lose you as a customer- I was hoping to have you as a customer for a long time. We will not be issuing you a refund or doing another mailer. I've spoken with the owners- Kyle and Brennan- and this is our position." . Not an apology for poor service- but he's sorry that Giant Postcard won't be getting any more money from us. I was just flabbergasted. Mind you I had not even brought up either a refund or another mailing- I had asked for the problem to be fixed and for the mailers we had paid for to get to our customers. When I continued to press him on this Scott said "good day" and hung up on me. From their website- "We won't just meet your advertising expectations, we will exceed them. With Giant Postcards, your message will not be overlooked like with common coupon magazines, newspaper inserts or shared advertising envelopes. Our Giant Postcards are so large; they are usually wrapped around all the other mail in the mailbox!" In this case our expectations were not even remotely met much less exceeded. Their Giant Postcards couldn't be overlooked because they couldn't even make sure that they got to the customers in the first place. I sincerely hope that anyone who ever considers working with this company take fair warning. They do not stand behind their product or their process. They will take your money and your postcards will never even get to your customer. Giant Postcards is a company run by small men. Kyle, Brennan, and Scott- I hope that the money you made off of us was worth it.
