This company represented itself as a USA based custom code developer. We thought because they were…read morea USA based company, that we would be dealing with people in the USA but after the contract was signed we were assigned to an India based developer. We were alloted a 30 minute once a week zoom meeting. It appeared to us that they only worked on the project just before the weekly meeting. If the agreed upon weekly goals were not met they just made excuses. Our agreement with them was to create a personalized product website with a custom coded image editing feature. After nearly 2 years and $20,000+, we still do not have a website that is useable. They were capable of cobbling other company's plug-ins to a wordpress template. But they were not able to write any original code for the required image editor. The resulting website is bug ridden and very slow. We tried patiently to work with their programmers to resolve all of the issues but they simply were not capable of fixing the bugs without creating different problems. After a frustrating nearly 2 years of once a week meetings and paying them much more than was quoted we have given up. Buyer Beware!!!!!

Where do I start? WORST EXPERIENCE! If I could leave ZERO stars, I would!…read more The guy who owns this business seems to be a great guy and very professional, BUT it's all a lie. He is horrible and his workmanship is too. I honestly think these reviews come from a google algorithm he purchased. I was told of a few things he'd be able to including the windshield of my vehicle and after keeping my car for six days overnight - he didn't. I found this out at pick up. Prior to dropping my car off, I told him my expectations and how I pay attention to detail regarding my vehicle. I made a comment that if you see anything, PLEASE let me know prior to wrapping as this is a brand new car with 200 miles on it. When I went to pick my vehicle up there was a chip in the paint on hood from a rock that he covered up with wrap. The windshield tint wasn't done and the wrap wasn't completed on parts of my car. The tint on the windows wasn't properly applied and it wasn't machine cut as he indicated it would be so it looked HORRIBLE! AFTER SIX DAYS! AFTER SIX DAYS OF HAVING MY CAR!! Like wth were you doing? Your reasoning for having my car that long was because YOU like to pay attention to detail, but you didn't. You mentioned you liked to TUCK all of the wrap, but it wasn't! I talked to him about the deficiencies of the job and he told me he would refund me the portion he didn't do! He took $300 off because he didn't want me to make a review, AS HE INDICATED. When I left, I thought the car was in much better shape than what the naked eye could see. Here we are two months later and I can see everything only after putting an additional 350 miles on my car. The wrap on my wing is spotted and the cheap ass 3M wrap around my car is peeling off because he DIDN'T tuck the wrap as he indicated and he had his employee do this botch job. Again, THIS MAN SAID ALL OF MY WRAP IS TUCKED SO THERE WON'T BE ANY LINES!! (That's why I thought he'd needed the car for so long because my other vehicles took a day and they were bigger) So now I have to get ALL of this pulled off and redone because he is not answering calls or responding to text messages! So, I'm out 3k to get this done because of this bad job when I should have been refunded for the whole thing at the start - LIKE I ASKED. This man did nothing right with my wrap, NOTHING. The front tint had to be done over because of the imperfect cut, the hood had to be done over because he wrapped over a rock chip! *sigh. Now my whole vehicle has to be wrapped again. Whew! Jesus be a fence. This was just a trash trash TRASH experience! Trust me, he knows it! Thank GOD for my bank. Back to TINT WORLD I go! I should have stuck with Tint World, but this guy had so many great reviews and the prices were cheaper! I guess this is what I get! Botched reviews, botched service! I'm sure when he reads this review I'll get a response in text message or a response here. Let's see. I'll post pictures of the text I sent him and the bad job. My number is still the same if you decide to call and make this right.

Asked for a quote thru the app and Jax got back with me in minutes! 30 mins later I was at the shop, and he and Will went over all of their available wrap options. Same day service means the world to me, with the limited amount of free time I have. Now my car looks DOPE!! Great quality with great customer service.

I hate writing reviews on services since I too own a company and survive in the service world. But K-3 Technologies is horrible. The owner is very deceitful and not a trustworthy person. I'm in a wheelchair and part of his agreement with my company was to help with SEO services, secondly to meet in person at his office or ours to discuss monthly strategies. Within a 4 month deal he showed up once and literally listened to what we wanted to do and stated the only thing that matters right now in SEO is reviews. He then stated to buy the clients anything to appease them or discount our services to get reviews. In which was ok, but he consistently from there had excuses of why he could not visit throughout the other months of our contract, and stated I could not visit his office because it's not accessible. Well low and behold, I went to both address associated with this business and one led me to an apartment with gated community and then a building beside AJA restaurant that is perfectly accessible, I literally rolled right in. To FIND THEY ARE NOT THERE, they just receive mail there. Crazy thing is when I asked for this company they stated they did not even know who they were and then asked me to leave. Trust me hire a different company if you're looking for branding, SEO services or anything online. Worst part about this company is they have so many different clauses in their agreement you are forced to pay even though they do nothing at all for your website, SEO or brand. Trust me their attorney called me to collect or else. Of course I paid because I keep my word because I'm an honest guy. But after I paid I took a SEO course to learn how to access my site and all it's components. Come to find out the last time it was accessed to have any work on it was 1 month prior to the beginning of K-3 technologies agreement signature. I think this company should be called Pinocchio SEO. This name would suit them very well. Plus, they off shore their services. You would be better to go to Odesk yourself. read more

I am surely impress of how clean their website is. It's simple but direct to the point. I tried checking their other site and it looks good. So on that day I sign up and the next day I talked to my project manager. She is so sweet and we can relate to each other as she herself is a traveler and a photographer too so she is indeed the good fit to work on my site.
