I can't say enough good things about Cardinal Escrow and owner Nancy Glass and her team. I have used them almost exclusively since I started as a Realtor in 1991 and they are just outstanding. From the receptionist Ruben, who always answers the phone calmly and professionally, to their amazing escrow officers especially Janice Bracht and Talia Garcia, everyone that works there is so helpful kind and friendly! I also must mention Kathy Freeman who is an amazing short sale negotiator. One short sale we worked together on took over 18 months and she didn't quit until she got it done! In the real estate business, which can be very stressful, they keep things stress and problem-free. read more

As a mortgage broker, it is very important to have a competent and organized escrow officer working on your transactions. I've worked with Cardinal Escrow for years. Starting at the top, Nancy Glass is outstanding, and she has all types of important classes for realtors and other professionals. Kelly Wirchak is the best escrow officer I have worked with. Many are excellent out there, but she goes far above and beyond with my clients (which are her clients) to make sure everyone understands all the information involved in each step of the escrow process, making it as smooth as possible for our clients, realtors and also the lenders. So many delays are due to lack of communication between the lender and escrow, but not with Kelly. read more

Kathy Freeman with Cardinal Pacific Escrow is by far the best Short Sale negotiator I have ever worked with. Her tenacity and follow up are amazing! She has great relationships with the banks and works to maintain them through successful negotiations. She is smart and able to best structure packages to make sure they get accepted. We just finished a very lengthy Short Sale that was in and out of escrow multiple times over 2 years with large HOA fines and back dues plus a lien and we were able to negotiate lower pay offs for all and to work with all sides to be fair and equitable. Her persistent dedication and ability to anticipate outcomes and changes were the only reason we were able to get this done. Do not go anywhere else if you are looking for the best in Short Sale negotiators - she is it! read more
