Stay away from Jason Default, an agent with Keller Williams. He does not do what he says he will do and does not return phone calls. We provided him with CONFIDENTIAL information and he has yet to respond. We reached out to other agents with this firm and were just cycled back to him. I left a voice message today with David Culen to ask for help. We are now concerned they could use our confidential information for unauthorized purposes so we want our records purged from their system,. They charge $40 for each applicant so we are having to have our Bank cancel payment since we received no service. OUR EXPERIENCE WITH THIS AGENT: HE IS UNPROFESSIONAL AND A POOR REFLECTION ON THE KELLER WILLIAMS OFFICE. read more

Working with Valencia was absolutely one of the worst transactions selling my townhome. By far did not have my best interest providing me accurate info, assured me closing (4) four times Nov 20, Nov 23, Dec 2nd & Dec 10th . She became rude towards me and times would not answer or return my calls with updates. I am actually surprised it eventually closed on Dec 11th YES the 11th. Valencia was never took responsibility of her lack of customer service to her client which played a large role in the problems. Valencia blamed the escrow several time the company she chose. As a realtor you know that flaws/mistakes occur and owning to them makes you stronger in what you do with the next seller or buyer. After my property sold on Dec 11th I did not receive a call, text, or letter from Valencia, for the 2 weeks prior I really did my own grunt work calling escrow trying to get a push to complete and close. Basically I saw from Valencia, she took her % of my sell and vanished after closing, it's Dec 15th (4 days) later after closing still no word from her. I think the next seller/buyer should be aware what to expect. read more

i will NEVER use Chiron Stewart again. I have bought and sold several properties over the years. This was absolutely one of the worst transactions I have had the unpleasure to be involved with. I am actually surprised it eventually closed. Chiron is unwilling or unable to take responsibility for the fact that his choices, inexperience and lack of customer service played a large role in the problems. Chiron blames the escrow (his choice), title rep (his choice), lender, other agent and even the buyers. If he refuses to see that he too is flawed then how can he learn from his mistakes? Joe Pizano from Keller Williams is a LIAR and a SCAM!!! He accepted our offer and asked if we could wire over our money for escrow and promised to meet in an hour to sign the contract. Since we had the escrow # and had the wiring instructions we wired over the money. Thinking he is a genuine guy but nope he never showed up and then wouldnt answer our emails, texts, Then finally answers 2 days later saying sorry he was caught up in Orange County that when he gets to his office he will call us to meet with him. We recently purchase a home that was listed by Keller Williams Pacific Estates. Both during escrow and upon taking possession of the property, we've discovered numerous things that were lied about in the listing. Escrow was also through Pacific Estates - more than once we were asked to provide documents that were either sent weeks before or that hadn't been sent to us for signature yet. At closing, our documents were mailed to our old address, despite having listed the property as our forwarding address on every document provided. Overall, it seemed like Pacific Estates needs to focus a little more on verifying details both before listing properties and while they are in escrow. read more

He is not my realtor but the sellers. My key to mailbox did not work. We did a walkthrough a day before and other than trach in the house all ok. but when I got the key, Bedroom door was missing. My realtor paid for a replacement. But i have to pay for the new keys for mailbox thru USPS which they have to replace the whole lock. read more

Alfredo Pichardo was my contact with Keller Williams. First, he insulted me based on my income (which was more than sufficient to rent the apartment), he then told me financial information about another possible tenant to goad me into signing the lease agreement. He took 3 days to return my signed lease agreement, during which time, I could not park my car or sign up for a move in date (I of course had to pay for those 3 days). He has lied to me, belittled me, threatened to be less cooperative in the future if I was not "more flexible." He has been entirely unprofessional during the entire process. I cannot wait for my lease to be over with. The idea of him making money off of the terrible service he has provided me, makes me sick. read more

My experience with Pamela Winner was as a tenant. I rented a room in her home for approximately 2 months. Upon leaving, I was told I would receive my deposit back when the next tenant moved in and paid their deposit. I informed her that this was not how the process of returning a deposit worked. She then told me that she had 21 days until she had to return the deposit, and at this point I started to have a bad feeling about the whole ordeal. I left her a mailing address and she said she would mail it. Over a month later, I still hadn't received my deposit back, and upon contacting her, she said that the deposit was not going to be refunded. She claims that I gave her that deposit ($850) to "hold" the room I was to rent in her house. That is false, and she is well aware of that. I can now see that she lied to me on numerous occasions and had the intention of stealing that money from me all along. It is sad that we live in a world with such dishonest people. I would not trust her to sell me a sandwich, let alone a residence. read more
