So unprofessional and unethical. Beware of Michael Berdelis 24 hour agent as he calls himself. Huge mistake in hiring him as my realtor entrusting him to sell my home giving him the listing twice. He brought an offer after the expiration of his listing contract and never told me his listing period had expired. Only came to find out it was expired after more than 15 agents called me to inform me. He got involved on a personal basis with my ex and befriended his attorney and ended working for them and writing up terms that would solely benefit him ignoring my requests as his client forcing me to sign an offer that I was not in agreement on terms and conditions since it would of left me and my children homeless during Christmas. He is dishonest to the point of my ex's attorney using him against me as a witness in court. God is just and I won an ex- parte hearing in spite of Michael Berdelis false testimony! He would do anything for his commission he's not interested in the benefit of the client. Truly a deplorable experience which was costly since I had to pay court costs and attorney. Felt discriminated and very short changed with the confidence and trust I had given him. All I can say is beware and be ready to have his conditions go before yours! read more

Michael Berdelis was the selling agent. Cristina Picaralli from the same office was the purchasing agent. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! So i made the mistake from doing what they call a pocket listing. The problem was the Michael (listing agent) didnt' inform anyone that the home that he was helping the seller with and Cristina (from the same office) that they were not going to vacate when they said June 1st. Point is my wife and i showed up with a uhaul truck ready to move in to a home with the old people still moving out taking clothes off the hangar. A phone call would have been nice no? Specially becuase they are in the same office... So basically they had possession of both 1/2 a Million dollars and what was to be our future home.... Michael made the situation worse by opening his arrogant mouth. WOuld not recommend ever. read more

When I called Prudential 24 hour Real Estate I did so because Mario Persico was a student in the DUSD when my children attended some 30 years ago..We had a property in Mission Viejo that we wanted to sell, and thought that he could direct us to a reliable realtor in Mission Viejo..Mario said that he could handle the sale and we said great..He came with us to see the property and gave us advice as to how to make the property more appealing..We followed his advice (paint and flooring).. The house went on the MLS on a Friday afternoon, and by Saturday there had been 18 inquires..Sunday afternoon Mario presented us with 4 actual offers with 2 of them being 10,000.00 over the asking price..We signed, and the deal was completed within 30 days..
