Speaking of vendors, their cleaning company did an ATROCIOUS job of "professionally cleaning" our home and when Wendy did the final walkthrough with us and noticed how disgusting the home still looked she chalked it up to the fact that "they don't charge that much." That is no excuse whatsoever to charge $300 for a terrible job because like Eppie put it "[her] seven-year-old daughter could've done a better job." While they offered to ask their person Lazaro to come back and clean the place again for free, they didn't care to follow up with him or me, so my mother had to go and clean the mess the tenants left behind. Once we realized their communication delays were extremely significant, we decide to contract our own vendors because we couldn't trust them to do so even though they were charging us $225 monthly....for what? I'm not really even sure because our last month with them once the tenants moved out was brutal with their incompetence. They simply took note of things that needed to get done and took 4 days to get back to us on anything, hence the reason we had to pick out our own vendors. One piece of advice to anybody who wants to hire them or has already hired them: once you realize what a huge mistake you made, be sure to email them 30 days from the date you plan to fire them or they'll let you know two days before the new month that you had to give your notice via email, charge the $225, and not do a SINGLE thing for you that entire month they charged. So incredibly thankful we no longer have to deal with them. This was a huge mistake and I take full responsibility for not trusting the reviews on here.

Never said anything about the paint. The guy who runs it was mad when I put my notice in. I think he just charged me to retaliate against me. Renter be aware. The roach issue is the worst part.

Designated parking as folks wearing scan shirts guided us. We were all assigned a table, and everyone at my table were the folks I take online Zoom classes with. Scan provided beverages, buffet style food setup, they also allowed a second servin. The authors of caregiver chronicles were in attendance. It was such a great luncheon from the photo booth with photo props. Music in the background was playing with 4 or 6 screens, displaying a relaxing background, and we all received a massage. For 10 minutes, they had several raffles throughout the entire event. We learned and enjoyed the sounds of a sound bath, Lastly, I learned bollywood laughter & yoga. LACRC and its staff Gisel
