The majority of times I order a latte, I can hear the loud sound of the steam wand, which tells me the milk isn't being steamed properly. The loud sound tells me the wand is too far in the milk. Many times, the latte also turns out lukewarm. I really love Sebastian Joe's, but I can hear the indication that the baristas don't have proper coffee training. I have several years of barista experience under my belt; is there anyone there who can take some time to give better training? Fingers crossed this gets fixed.

The Ice Cream seems less ice cream like than it used to, and more gelato like. That's fine, but it's noticeable. The prices are a little higher than comparable places, but that's ok too.
