First slice needed to be handled with care so all the topping didn't fall off. I had to wait till it cold down. The crust was very thin for Rochester style did not hold up. He assured me their Brooklyn thin crust would be the closest to NYC pizza around here. We wanted to order a full pie and were told it would be 10-15 mins. We got to talking with Jason, the owner/operator and he shared his family owns a few of the Joe's Brooklyn Pizza locations in town. I learned we had something in common; we are both from Queens, NYC. We had a chat about areas familiar to us both. It was a nice experience and his hospitality made the visit. While we waited for our pizza, we had an order of garlic knots. They were tasty and came with a side of marinara sauce. The dining area is large with plenty of seating, as well as an outdoor picnic table area.
