I have been patronizing Dell's since they opened up. Fantastic subs…read more I ordered a large sub tray on Monday 4/6 for Wednesday 4/8. When I ordered the sub tray Monday over the phone, I told the clerk that I didn't want turkey in the selection because they never get eaten. He recommended I use roasted chicken so I did. I also wanted an large roast beef as well. I went to the store Wednesday to pick up my order and it turned into a fiasco. Evidently, the clerk asked for clarification on the order. At that point all hell broke loose and the delu manager started yelling at me for how my order went down. The tray wasn't ready and I asked the manager why she didn't just call me and ask me for clarification. She said they were too busy. I tried several times to explain my order again but she wouldn't listen to me. She came out from behind the counter and started yelling at me again until I told her to take it down a notch and lower he voice. I had a Board member with me too and she was mortified as well. I spent over $100.00 and I've ordered your sub trays before. I have never been treated this way before at ANY deli in the past. My lunch was late and I felt bad for the group of workers that were waiting. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Dell's in the future because of her. Becky B.

Dream Town was the right spot for that during my stay in Rochester. Words to describe this place would include bright, clean, halal, friendly, variety. You have lots of breakfast options, and breakfast sandwiches can be either on regular rolls or sub rolls. But they also have a nice selection of grocery options, and their "wall o'Pringles" was amazing." So... cheaper than a restaurant, and fresher and better than the equivalent at a breakfast chain restaurant... what's not to like?

I ordered what the kids wanted before I noticed that they push a dill pickle pizza and that it's "kind of a big dill" (see attached image). So glad I went back and ordered another (small) pie! The pizza was good with a fantastic crust. It was a bit more bread than I'd like, but it was so good that we ate it anyway. Never had a dill pickle pizza before, but it, too, was yummy. A bit out of the way, but I'd go back.

The food is always ready pretty quickly, and has usually been delivered earlier than expected. I would say the classes are a pretty good size for the price. I have ordered their meatball calzone and their Yellow jacket calzone. The meatball calzone had a plethora of meatballs in it, and their red sauce has a good flavor to it. The calzone was cooked well with a nice crisp on the bottom. The yellow jacket calzone was also cooked well. I feel like all of the ingredients inside (hamburger meat, egg, tots, cheese, hot sauce, and taco seasoning) meshed well together. The only thing I would have liked better would be if the cheese inside was melted more. Definitely will be ordering from here again, especially working that overnight shift.

It may not be the best calzone you've ever had, but they have a lot of options, custom options, and they're open late! This location is in a large plaza so parking is super easy.
