We test drove a 2026 Mazda CX-50 hybrid and liked it, then asked to see the non-hybrid version. The salesperson brought one out--but did not clearly disclose it was a 2025 model. We take responsibility for not catching that detail and not double-checking before purchasing. That said, we were specifically looking at 2026 models, and when we asked for a non-hybrid version, we expected to be shown a 2026, not a different model year without clear explanation. More transparency would have gone a long way. It also didn't help that the salesperson seemed unfamiliar with the vehicle and couldn't answer many of our questions. Even more concerning, the car has only about 2,000 miles and is already back in the shop for a clicking noise that doesn't sound normal. For a new vehicle, that's unacceptable and raises serious concerns about safety and reliability!!! Overall, this experience has been frustrating and disappointing. Buying a car here did not bring peace of mind--it created more stress.

I got an amazing deal, a fair offer on my trade in, and everything was transparent as far as pricing, offers for dealer add-ons, etc. I personally am more knowledgeable about cars, buying cars, and the whole process than most, but I didn't feel like I even needed to be as knowledgeable since they explained everything in layman's terms. My only downside was that it took a long time to get into the financing office for the finalization, but that was not anything on the fault of the dealership or any individual. I can't even say it's a downside on the dealership since I believe the delay was due to the dealership going above and beyond for the individuals who came in before me - which I appreciate! I got funding in hand and let them know I am ready to sign and take the car once they address a couple of items. Crickets...like others said in their reviews...communication went silent. I quickly lost interest in interacting with this person because of it. The next day Damon messages me and sounds like a normal person who wants to check out my car. He comes over and check out the car and I find out that he works at the same place that Brandon works at. I kind of believe the difference in their approaches, I had no problem with the set up once Damon explained everything. He checked out my car and called his boss in front of me and everything was agreed-upon for payment. It was very professional, and Damon and still do a lot of confidence in the transaction.
