I recently used Mike's service to purchase an Accord Hybrid. The process couldn't have been easier. Before I contacted Mike I was using an online service (Edmunds) to conduct my car shopping. After a ridiculous number of phone calls and emails from various dealers (at least 3 calls + emails from each of 8 dealers in San Diego and OC/LA) I decided I didn't have time to mess around with all the back and forth. That's when I called Perfect Match Auto and spoke with Mike. Mike is super cool, easy to work with, and very responsive. He did his best to find a car with the features I wanted. I never had to step into a dealership (except for a test drive) and the car and paperwork were brought to my office once I made a decision. Plus I didn't have to spend 3 hours saying no, no, and no to all the different financing/warranty/clear coat protection/etc BS. With online services (Edmunds, TrueCar, Costco, etc) you still have to go to the dealership eventually. This was easily the best car shopping experience ever. Here is my story: My car was totaled in a car accident and in trying to work with auto dealers was receiving outrageous prices and warnings of "better buy now" because the Honda CRV is in such great demand. A lot of stress when I was still recovering from injuries sustained in the accident. Mike, the owner of Perfect Match Auto, did an excellent job in finding me a 2017 BMW X5 Lease. He made it so easy! I had already done my own research, and had been test driving a few cars. I had narrowed it down to an Audi Q7 or a BMW X5. Mike compared cost for me, and I quickly realized the Q7 was above my budget. So the X5 was it!
