After weeks of looking , we finally found a car that we were happy with. Alan , here at Marine One had a Bright Yellow Camaro that my daughter fell in love with. This guy was one of the most honest guys I've dealt with in a very long time. He was very fair about the price , he had no problem at all with us taking it to the dealer to get it inspected. There were a couple minor things that needed to be fixed and Alan went out of his way and got it done. He even had the car detailed for us! He told me he just opened this location and honestly I can see this business being very successful with such an honest owner. I was totally amazed by the quote as it was very reasonable and any insurance certified shop would have charged more. They took care of the whole process from towing the car to informing when it was done. The work was professional and went through all the details what was involved and also pointed to me that there was small tear in car seat and would have been more costly to fix it then just leave it since it was at not so visible and unused part of the seat. They followed up with me after a week to find out if I found anything wrong with the car. I would definitely recommend it and is worth every penny.

This company is really a one-man-band, and he has been in the business for 10 years. It seems his style of business is that he only finds clean-titled cars from auctions. Some may have had some previous damage, but nothing to brand the title. He gave us a free copy of the CARFAX. I can only imagine he would be willing to email you the CARFAX if you called him. Very amiable man. Any car he buys with damage is fixed with certified mechanics, but he was still very willing to allow us to take it to a near-by AAA mechanic (Pacific Auto Service - great reviews on Yelp) for a pre-purchase inspection. Everything turned out just as expected from Ramin's explanation of the vehicle. We were sold. Really great experience, and seems like a guy to go out of his way to give you good business (not aggressive, just willing to please if you have a question). If you are deciding to look at one of his cars, know that this is a trust worthy man to do business with. I would still inspect it, of course, and it will just give you more assurance of Ramin's reliability.

I brought my vehicle in shortly after purchasing it used from another dealer. At the time, it had…read moreroughly 12,000 miles, and I paid for the 15,000-mile service. I was told the car was "like brand new" and that everything looked good. Fast-forward about two months later, something did not feel right with the vehicle, so I brought it back in. This second experience was very different. I later learned that some of the recommended items for the 15,000-mile service were not completed. When I questioned this, I was told that if something does not need to be addressed, they do not perform it. My concern is that I paid for the full 15,000-mile service and expected it to be completed according to the manufacturer's maintenance schedule. Had those items been properly addressed the first time, I may not have needed to return so soon and pay again to have issues corrected. It left me feeling cheated and disappointed. To make matters worse, during my most recent visit I was told my car would be ready in about an hour and a half and that I would receive a call once the work was completed. After waiting more than four hours without any update, I finally had to call myself, only to find out that nothing had been done to my vehicle aside from the brake fluid flush... a service I had already paid for just two months ago and expected to have been completed properly at that time. Finding out now that it apparently was not done correctly is seriously unacceptable. The lack of communication, poor customer service, and overall handling of the situation was extremely frustrating and disappointing. I have owned two other Infiniti vehicles in the past and always had smooth experiences at their previous location. Unfortunately, since moving to the new location, the level of service and trust has noticeably declined. Based on my experience, I would not recommend them. Please think twice before bringing your vehicle here. I really hope Infiniti CORPORATE LOOKS INTO THIS. If I could give this location zero stars, I absolutely would.

I was helped by Adam in the service dept, along with Mir who was my sales guy and then Sam, the finance guy. This trio was the best. They ensured i was well taken car of & i have no complaints.
