I've been to several vendors to quote my car, and they all provided me a lower quote despite their positive feedback of my car. I've taken really good care of my car both interiorly and exteriorly. Then I came across Driveo online, and was initially skeptical, as it seemed too easy. But since their reviews were good, I decided to go forth. I answered some questions about my car and its history online. Then was provided a quote the following morning (super quick). The quoted estimate was about $2.5k more than the other places. If I decided to sell within the week, their offer was $550 more. I was contacted by them several times, but due to my work schedule, I couldn't schedule as soon as I would've liked. Then finally, I was able to schedule on a weekend. Scheduling an appointment was easy to do online. Mike called me the day before my appointment for confirmation. Asked me a few questions regarding any scratches on my car and the condition of my tires. He said he would have the paperwork ready in case I decided to proceed with the sale. I received a text stating to click the link provided to let them know I have arrived in their lot. I got to the Driveo/Auto City (Driveo is a sister company to Auto City) lot a bit early (sales lot, not services lot- there are 2 entrances) and clicked the link to let them know I've arrived. I was then greeted by one of the salesman later, and they asked for my key to take my car for inspection. I was able to wait inside their office (spacious). They had coffee there too for their customers to drink. The inspection didn't take long, as I was out of there in about 45min or so. I was given what I was quoted online, which was great! I felt that they respected my efforts of taking good care of my car, and gave me a fair quote. I signed all the paperwork there, including the liability release to them (DMV paperwork). They were very efficient throughout the whole process. I also would recommend removing all personal items from your car and bringing along all car keys, vehicle registration, and your title (if you've paid off your car) to your apointment just in case you do decide to sell your car. It makes the process so much more efficient! They don't pressure you to sell your car, which I also appreciated. They were professional and efficient, which I truly appreciated. I will definitely return to sell my car in the future or refer my friends to them, as they are great! If you are looking to purchase a used vehicle, they are also willing to assist. These people are simply a joke and I don't recommend anyone to do business with them. I got offered 21000$ online for my Prius, and asked to make an appointment to sell them my car. When I got there, I got asked to wait for 30 minutes so they would do the Mechanic inspection on my car. After waiting and getting the results, Mike told me that he just got the CarFax results and since the damage on my car was between Moderate and Severe, they can't buy my car even though it was fixed. So I'm not sure why I got offered 21,000$ and why they made me drive to them and even wait for the Mechanic Inspection if they could have first asked for my VIN number and run the CarFax report or simply get it from my Plate number that I provided online for them.
