The whole process took just a few days, and we had it brought to our house and did all the paperwork there. I would happily pay double their fee just to avoid the dealership interaction. Use the dealer to test drive a few options once you've narrowed it down. They found what we wanted a couple of counties over, handled the haggling, got a better deal than I would have, and got the car to us (which would have been a few hours each way). We will definitely be using ABC's for our next car. Thanks again!

Z is amazing. He handled our entire transaction from start to finish and made the process…read morecompletely seamless. He found the right Escalade, managed every conversation with the dealership, coordinated the purchase and delivery, and also handled the sale of our Mercedes G63, including the buyer and pickup. All we had to do was sign paperwork and transfer money when needed. For such a reasonable fee, the amount of time and headache he saved us was incredible. This experience honestly made me understand why brokers are becoming the future of car buying. We're so happy with how everything turned out and will absolutely continue using Z for future purchases and sales. He's incredibly responsive, easy to work with, and genuinely feels like someone we'll keep in our lives for a long time. Couldn't recommend him more.

I had already done quite a bit of research and had spoken with another broker before contacting…read moreModern, so I had a pretty good sense of the market and what I wanted. What stood out from the beginning was the transparency. Modern's fee was clearly explained upfront, and Z took the time to explain how the process worked and what he would handle for me. I was also very specific about the car: an IONIQ 5 Limited RWD in Digital Teal with the Dark Green interior, with no dealer-added accessories. At a time when buyers in other parts of the country were reporting waiting lists for this model, Z found the exact combination I wanted at Riverside Hyundai. Just seven days after my first contact with him, I got the call that my car was available. He also negotiated a deal I was very happy with and structured the lease with $0 out of pocket at signing, with the available Hyundai and California incentives covering the drive-off costs. What I appreciated most was that Z didn't disappear once he found the car. He stayed involved through the credit application, contract, and delivery process. Before I signed, he gave me the exact numbers and terms I should see in the contract so I could make sure everything matched what we had agreed to. He also prepared me for the finance conversation and told me to contact him before agreeing to anything additional if something changed. That made the whole process much less stressful. Instead of trying to decipher a lease contract and dealership finance conversation on my own, I had someone knowledgeable in my corner who already knew exactly what the deal was supposed to look like. Z was responsive, straightforward, and easy to work with throughout the process. I would definitely use Modern Auto Brokers again.

Rest assured, if you need a car, any car, that is purchased at a reasonable market value price, you can count on Perfect Match Auto. Mike knows what he is doing and loves cars as a hobby too. And being someone who only found comfort buying from Carmax in the past instead of used car dealerships, I even recommend him instead of Carmax as their market value "set" car prices are not always competitive. At least not as competitive as Perfect Match Auto can be for you. Read my other reviews, it will show that this one is genuine. Just as my fantastic experience was. Give them a call. I had spent about a week shopping for a new car: visiting dealerships, dealing with salespeople, and going back and forth pitting offers against each other. It was exhausting. I found CarOracle through AI and online research, and I did my homework on Google, Yelp, and the BBB before reaching out. In less than 12 hours, Andrea found exactly the car I wanted, in the color I wanted, at a better price than anything I had negotiated on my own, and had it delivered right to my door! She handled EVERYTHING from start to finish. When a small fee mix-up came up, she owned it immediately and made it right without hesitation. That kind of integrity is rare, and it's exactly why I trust her. My time means a lot to me, and not having to deal with the stress of negotiating was priceless. I'm over the moon with my brand-new car and how easy the whole process was. I will never buy a car any other way! If you're skeptical (I was too!), do your due diligence, but give CarOracle a try. But I kept procrastinating because I couldn't stomach the thought of going to a dealership and spending too much time with the back and forth haggling....Then I read a post on NextDoor where someone raved about using the services of an auto broker named Branco Motors. So I thought to myself, "Why not try them out"? instead of going through the Costco buying service that I'd been contemplating using. I spoke with Grant Ruthenberg and told him the model I was interested in. He explained the he receives a fee from the dealership but he'd be working to get me the best price. He got back to me the very next day with what I was looking for. Ever the skeptic, I ran his proposal and the invoice through ChatGPT and asked if I'd gotten a reasonable deal. ChatGPT answered, "FINAL VERDICT: This is a fair, clean, and pretty good deal. You could spend weeks calling dealers and possibly not do better. You're not being overcharged. The numbers match reality. And the transparency is excellent." So who was I to argue? I told Grant to go ahead with the purchase and he told me the car could be delivered the next day. I was informed about the ETA of delivery and given a more precise ETA as they had more info (the car was coming from Riverside and I'm in Bonita). Grant had me sign the paperwork and explained what I was signing when questions arose. I gave him the check and then we went out, sat in the SUV and he explained all the new features. He set up the Apple CarPlay and paired my garage door opener so that I no longer had to use the remote. When I no longer had questions about the Palisade he graciously moved my very heavy dog crates to the new car! Above and beyond! This is the best car buying experience I've had in my 71 years and I will be recommending Branco Motors to anyone in the market for a new car.
