The main sales guy is very nice and does work really hard to earn your business, but the main service guy can be a little rougher around the edges. Prices are on the pricier end. The service isn't much better. We were among the first few customers to drop off our Subaru Outback on a Sunday morning when the store first opened for installation of 1) an alarm system with remote start and 2) new front speakers, and they had not finished working on the vehicle by closing. The store contacted us to return close to their closing time, and when we did, we waited inside and then opted to continue waiting in our other vehicle for an hour and a half until they finally finished. The handoff itself was very rushed. They sped through the instructions on how to operate and use our new features, and we were not provided any instruction manuals. We came back a month later for help turning off the alarm system chirps, and the service guy rudely insisted that it was not possible because the chirp is a factory setting on the car. As I explained to him, the chirp in question was a different tone than what it was previously (the actual factory setting). Additionally, I have had this same exact chirp tone on a previous car that had a third party alarm system installed.

My boyfriend's car radio stopped working while I was driving and Zach (who is so patient and spent the time to explain everything to me) told me to come in. They figured out what was wrong with it and fixed it for free in less than 30 minutes. And he was cool enough to safeguard my purse while I went to the bathroom. These guys are the coolest! Customer service and quality help!

Very happy with my interior detail service. The detailer Lucas made sure I was 110% satisfied before handing over my car. Exceeded expectations.

I give these dudes a 2 because I will be posting the install removed. There are top of the line speakers install to be quite ammeter. Screws going in to achieve nothing but a look or appearing installed when none of the screws are screwed to anything that will tighten. Paid to get tint done but notified after the fact one can't be done. Well money already spent to them.

I purchased a full interior car detail service. When I picked up my car 8 hours later, I was told management forgot to call me and when I inspected the vehicle, there were stains that were untouched, debri in the center console, mice droppings in the side door pockets, stains untouched in the trunk of the vehicle, no doors, dashboard or seats were cleaned. When I asked them to correct what was not done, I was told I would have to repay for them to honor what they said they would do.

DON'T SHOP HETE. Horrible place. Charged me $1500 for a crappy install that drained the battery. Charged me another $300 to remove it!

I'll try to keep this short and to the point as I can write an essay about the experience at this…read moretint shop. Purchased this as gift for my brother to tint his new Tesla based on the reviews. The experience was not desirable. - Day 1: Brother brought his car in on the weekend (first come first serve) to tint the side windows and the rear - Upon going home, and giving the tint time to cure/dry, he saw blemishes in the passenger/driver front window and rear - Called in to inform the shop manager Chris of the blemishes. He had him come in on a specific day and time for an appointment to address the flaws. They would be addressed by the shop owner Bobby (who is also the person with the most experience tinting) - Day 2: Upon arrival, he was informed that the owner Bobby was not coming in that day. My brother was never contacted about this prior. Chris rescheduled him for another day - Day 3: They re-applied the front side window tint, however informed my brother that they could redo the rear window; however they wouldn't take responsibility if they damaged the rear defroster. Also, they indicated that the blemishes were within reason, and within their capabilities. They could not guarantee the results would be better, the same, or worse. My brother decided to accept the rear "as is" based on the above. I gave one extra star for Bobby making things right for the previous no show. He gave a refund of $50 dollars and a bottle of detail spray, as well as putting a window treatment on the windshield. Note: I want to clarify that Bobby DID offer to redo the rear, but indicated they would not be liable if they damaged the defroster. - Upon the tint curing, there were still blemishes on the passenger window. Called in to schedule another appointment Day 4: They re-applied the tint 2x, as the 1st attempt resulted in a scratch in the tint. - Upon curing, this time it was addressed without flaws. - The last and biggest issue that occurred, was damage caused to the rear deck lid. Brought the car into Tesla as the rear deck lid was bent from the installer, which now exposed the 3rd brake-light to be visible in the car when braking (see picture). The cost to fix this was more expensive than the tint job. My brother didn't want to bother going to back to the tint shop to complain. Please see attached photos. The quality of work is not up to par in my opinion, nor the attention to detail while working in someones car. I had my own Telsa tinted at a shop in San Jose CA, and the tint was flawless the first time around. The workers in this shop need to be trained better IMO. Pros: Owner attempted to make things right Cons: Quality of work. Possibly due to the limits of the installers skills.
