I had done enough research to pick one dash cam I was considering, and that tab was open on my computer for months while I procrastinated. Anyway, I came across Seattle Dash Cams in a Reddit post, read through the amazing reviews on google, and realized I could get everything done super easily. Matt is even a preferred vendor for Viofo (the camera I'd already been considering) and bundling the purchase with the install saved me some money. He was sold out of the memory card I chose and even upgraded me at no charge. On the install date he was communicative, efficient, and helped me download the app and showed me how to use everything. The camera install is very clean with hardly any visible wires, way better than I could have done if I'd tried it myself! Five stars, no notes. Will definitely be using Seattle Dash Cams again when we want to install one in our next car. Thank you!

Everyone is pleased. Matt gave us an in person tutorial and gave us nice laminated cards for any future guidance we may need. He even reminded us to register for our warranty. I took my recently purchased used Rivian in for front window tinting. The vehicle was parked right…read moreinside their shop, and I stood next to it in the office area the entire time. I personally observed the owner (I believe that's who it was) use a pry tool to aggressively pop open the driver's door panel right at the top near the A-pillar with a casual "I've done this a million times" vibe, showing little caution. He also roughly pulled the weatherstripping out. Immediately after the job wrapped up, I found two small cuts in the vinyl on the top of the driver's door panel exactly where the prying started, about 3 inches from the pillar/door edge area. The spacing between those two cuts matched the spacing on the pry tool he was using. I also noticed one additional small cut in a similar top trim spot on the passenger side, though I didn't have a clear line of sight to watch the passenger door process as closely, so I can't detail what happened there specifically. No other issues visible anywhere else on the vehicle. When I bought the Rivian (used, so I was meticulous), I inspected all panels and trim thoroughly. I also checked the doors and those exact areas again during my drive straight to the shop that day. I habitually look at those spots every time I get in/out or drive no cuts or scratches existed beforehand. I pointed out the damage right away while still there. The owner immediately said he didn't pry against the panel at all and tried to explain exactly how he does it and how he couldn't have made that mark (despite me watching him do it on the driver's side), claimed I must not have noticed the cuts before, tried to downplay it, and even laughed at the suggestion he could have caused any issue. It was frustrating and felt dismissive, having watched some screw up your vehicle and then laugh in your face and try to gaslight you. The tint install itself (handled by the other technician, not the owner) was careful, professional, and looks good so far, no problems with the film application or quality. Because of the rough prying I witnessed, the damage appearing precisely where it happened (at least on driver's side, with the cut spacing matching his tool), and the complete denial plus laughing it off when confronted, I won't return and can't recommend this shop. Seriously, take detailed close-up photos of all door panels, trim, and vinyl BEFORE any service even on a used vehicle. It could save headaches. Or just go somewhere else. Disappointing overall, the owner should handle vehicles more carefully and maybe not laugh at the customer that watched it happen. **PS:** I was standing literally 3 feet away watching him pry the driver's door panel with his tool in the exact spot where the two cuts later appeared and the spacing of those cuts matches the tool perfectly. If someone wants to claim no prying happened, they'd have to explain why I clearly saw him do it right there, right then. To your response. Luke, that is the same contrived response you give on any negative comment. Your "industry standard" is nothing like what should have been done. I took it to several other shops and they said that they would take off the whole door panel, which you did not. you pry against the top portion to get the weatherstripping out. Your response when I brought this to your attention was "this happens all the time people trying to blame me for stuff" So do you think it's all your customers that are wrong or maybe that you're the common denominator. And yeah, I was pissed off because you were laughing in my face and telling me I didn't see what I saw. You know and I know what happened. Save the faux customer care response.

From the moment I walked in, the team was super friendly and professional. They installed the cameras beautifully, making sure to hide all the wires and cables, so my car looks neat and tidy. I found the dash cameras to be easy to use and very affordable, especially since I wanted a high-quality product that fits my budget. I also wanted cameras where I could transfer the recorded videos to other computer devices, if need be. Well, a few weeks later (after installing the dash cameras), I was involved in a car accident. After reporting the accident to the police, I contacted Jesse and Jay at Audio Northwest Car Stereo for help with the insurance process (as I feared that the other driver had badly damaged the cameras in my car, and I thought that the cameras did not record the accident, I was wrong.) The cameras did record the entire incident. Jesse and Jay were fantastic! They really went out of their way to guide me through everything! Long story short, once the car insurance companies involved received a copy of my recorded car accident video, immediately the insurance companies worked diligently to resolve all of my concerns quickly. I swear by my dash cameras!!! Highly recommend Audio Northwest Car Stereo at 4708 Pacific Avenue SE, Suite A, in Lacey for all your audio needs! They have always provided me with consistent outstanding customer service and I love their dash cameras! Thank you Jesse and Jay! You guys are the best!

I just can't say enough good things about my experience here at the Volkswagen of Tacoma!! By far…read morethe best service and customer service I've ever had at any car dealership. I recently purchased a used 2024 Volkswagen Jetta from a Toyota dealership, and the oil light kept coming on. Since the Toyota dealership I purchased the car from didn't seem to know anything about the VW when I purchased it, I didn't trust them to get my vehicle serviced with them. I called Volkswagen of Tacoma, and even though they were closing soon, Lisa offered to fix the issue same day even without an appointment. When I arrived Lisa knew exactly what to do, and even told me I could get a 20k mile service for free !! They changed my oil, and completed the 20k mile service in one hour, and free of charge!! While I waited, Jana, one of the receptionists showed great hospitality and offered me water and even chatted with me and other customers. I'm just SO grateful for this experience, and for Lisa and Jana, that I've decided to permanently switch from Toyotas to Volkswagen. For the last 18 years I've owned only Toyotas, but I will never go back to Toyota after this wonderful experience with everyone I came in contact with at this dealership. I will definitely return to this dealership for all my vehicle service and purchase needs. Highly recommend this dealership for anyone who wants high quality service, great products and competent, reliable staff. Very very satisfied!!

JC said we could negotiate tires/brakes after we buy the car with a "We Owe You" document - if the inspection revealed that new tires/brakes were necessary. What? When we asked for clarification on how one negotiates terms after the car is bought, he objected and said we were asking too many questions. Additionally, there is a $399 charge for "Pulse brake", it's an added charge that can be removed, you just have to ask them to remove it. JC tried to tell us that it was already installed so he couldn't remove the charge, he didn't realize that we had already tested the brakes and no Pulse had been installed yet. He was condescending and rude, a simple "the car is sold as is" would have cured any further frustration or confusion over JC's sales tactics.
