Bottom Line: Prices were outstanding - I know because I called three different places to find out about having my automatic door locks fixed and my a/c fan replaced Audio Tech beat them by nearly $100. Customer Service: Excellent, I was given a quote over the phone and the owner stuck to it. I like that. I got a phone call when things weren't going the way they were supposed to and we decided together how to proceed. I like that too. Moreover, I was given a range of options to choose from to solve my problem with the locks not working and the fan noise. The solution worked for both of us and at the right price. Finally, quality: six months later and no issues. I plan to have a back up camera installed by Ki and his team of technicians. Save some money and go here. Came to Audio Tech from Seattle because they were "Viper Preferred". Viper system worked, wiring was so bad that my shock sensor wasn't even working. Shop took multiple days to install my system. Customer service was good, the price was meh, however they did not do the install cleanly and because the work wasn't done right I give Audio Tech 1 star for failing to perform. On a good note, the installer did call me to ask if I wanted to add keyless entry to my system because we had forgotten to add that to the work order. I appreciate the effort to reach out to the customer to satisfy them. Like I said, the customer service was great. But these guys failed to provide me with a working sensor. read more

I walked in with a 700$ dock and gave audio tech an unlimited budget to rip out my bose system in my 370z and create me a well balanced amazing system. 2,000$ later after installing all there own equipment I have an o.k. system that has been back to the shop for speaker connections and back up camera cutting off a couple times. After this last trip my husband said he will just work on the system because we brought it in for the speakers cutting out and by the time we were home they were cutting out again. I would never have picked the package they did but I went with it because there the specialist.. wont make that mistake again. Waste of money! read more

Seriously awesome. Total experts. Great customer service.Went to these guys after I initially went to car toys to upgrade alarm module. The technician a Car Toys told me that it was impossible to upgrade my alarm that I would basically need to rip out the existing alarm system and start from scratch to the tune of several thousand dollars. The technician at Audio Tech shrugged his shoulders and said no problem and had everything swapped out and done within 20 minutes at a very reasonable cost. You'll have zero problems with audio tech. I went into Audio Tech to get recommendations/advice for a install on my BMW. Everything was great while advertising their products, but soon as I had installation ideas of my own, the Asian Employee was neglecting nd refused to provide me with any guidance, direction or any input. All he was in it for was to sell me their over priced equipment, having no concern for any of my regards. Terrible customer service, complete scam and treat customers according to how much money they spend. I will NEVER take my family or i's vehicles there again. 0 stars. read more

Called before scheduling appointment for pricing. Gave them make and model of the vehicle and was given a price. Came for appointment, paid up front for installation based on price given over the phone and then had another person working behind the counter come over and tell me that there was an additional $50 charge because of the make and model of the vehicle. This was a rip off! Would not recommend! read more

They get you in and out fast, friendly and know what they are doing with the intoxalock. They are a little more then car toys but they make up for it in speed and knowledge. I can't say much about the Pac hwy store but the owner/manager at the Bridgeport Way store just is not very accomodating and tells you what you want to hear. I was told one thing and got another both on time and price. I didn't feel like a priority and I felt upsold. The installers seem to work hard and are easy to talk too but I should have followed my gut, I hope that this review can help others. read more

I came here for an amp wiring kit and an agm battery for my Audi and the prices and delivery time for the battery were great, the assistant helped me search for the largest capacity agm battery I could for under the hood and had no problem calling around to see if someone had any in stock for me. I referred a friend to them for a quote for an amp kit install and the prices they gave him was a bit high but I'm sure they do everything perfectly so we decided to do it ourselves. I would definitely recommend them for custom work but the simpler tasks I would do with a friend and save time and money.
