Another outstanding job by Bobby and Chris! They were professional, provided excellent customer service, and did a remarkable job applying the ceramic coating to my Volvo XC40. My vehicle looks brand new, and I'll definitely be bringing my other vehicles back soon. Thanks again! read more

Excellent service! Great communication and easy to make reservation with automated system! While I was there I sadly also had a bolt in my tire that they noticed and fixed saving me a trip to the tire shop. Awesome all around! read more

I'll try to keep this short and to the point as I can write an essay about the experience at this tint shop. Purchased this as gift for my brother to tint his new Tesla based on the reviews. The experience was not desirable. - Day 1: Brother brought his car in on the weekend (first come first serve) to tint the side windows and the rear - Upon going home, and giving the tint time to cure/dry, he saw blemishes in the passenger/driver front window and rear - Called in to inform the shop manager Chris of the blemishes. He had him come in on a specific day and time for an appointment to address the flaws. They would be addressed by the shop owner Bobby (who is also the person with the most experience tinting) - Day 2: Upon arrival, he was informed that the owner Bobby was not coming in that day. My brother was never contacted about this prior. Chris rescheduled him for another day - Day 3: They re-applied the front side window tint, however informed my brother that they could redo the rear window; however they wouldn't take responsibility if they damaged the rear defroster. Also, they indicated that the blemishes were within reason, and within their capabilities. They could not guarantee the results would be better, the same, or worse. My brother decided to accept the rear "as is" based on the above. I gave one extra star for Bobby making things right for the previous no show. He gave a refund of $50 dollars and a bottle of detail spray, as well as putting a window treatment on the windshield. Note: I want to clarify that Bobby DID offer to redo the rear, but indicated they would not be liable if they damaged the defroster. - Upon the tint curing, there were still blemishes on the passenger window. Called in to schedule another appointment Day 4: They re-applied the tint 2x, as the 1st attempt resulted in a scratch in the tint. - Upon curing, this time it was addressed without flaws. - The last and biggest issue that occurred, was damage caused to the rear deck lid. Brought the car into Tesla as the rear deck lid was bent from the installer, which now exposed the 3rd brake-light to be visible in the car when braking (see picture). The cost to fix this was more expensive than the tint job. My brother didn't want to bother going to back to the tint shop to complain. Please see attached photos. The quality of work is not up to par in my opinion, nor the attention to detail while working in someones car. I had my own Telsa tinted at a shop in San Jose CA, and the tint was flawless the first time around. The workers in this shop need to be trained better IMO. Pros: Owner attempted to make things right Cons: Quality of work. Possibly due to the limits of the installers skills. read more

I have sent all of my three cars to get window tinted and the quality and price of the job is exceptional. I unfortunately went to get window tinting elsewhere on my new Lexus NX Hybrid and was not satisfied. But I know I will be taken care of going here. This place also offers ceramic coating and clear bra at reasonable prices compared to others in the Tacoma area. read more

Bobby and Chris are a superb team! I brought in my vehicle to get tinted. Bobby was super friendly and understood my tight schedule and worked with me on that. Quality of work: super clean lines, no flaws Time: Fast without sacrificing quality Price: Competitive When I came to pick up my car it wasn't quite as dark as I imagined- totally my fault, not theirs, and Bobby was able to work with me in redoing to tint to my liking. He was friendly, communicative, and completely eager to help when I mentioned I was not happy with it. Upon picking up my car a second time, Chris and Bobby were more than professional, even though I had troubled them, and even did some extra body work on some damage I had on my car, without expectations! I was completely thrilled at their work, candor, and the extra lengths they had gone. I will definitely be recommending their services to anyone in the area. read more

I got my front windows done on a 2019 hyundai sante fe. Here are the reasons I recommend Showroom and why I will be going back: When I arrived they were friendly and inviting. I inquired about getting my factory tint to a darker tint. They could have just said yes we can do it and made more money, instead they gave me sound advice about the tint. I respect that because it shows genuine care for their product results and the customer. This sealed future business before I even saw the finished product. Tint took about 90 min and it looked great! They also do ceramic coating for the interior and exterior and they showed me a bit of the positives of the coating and I definitely will be coming back to get that done. Quality service from beginning to end. read more

Had my car tinted there. Looks amazing when done and Chris was awesome to work with. Super happy with the results.

I shopped four total businesses and decided on Showroom due to Juns attentive nature and his superb customer service. I had two vehicles done on the same day. The S90 has manufacturers spots that radiate from various window edges, especially the rear. Jun quickly pointed it out and made sure I was aware of the outcome and I entrusted him, much to my satisfaction. The lines are clean and evenly distributed, exactly as Jun assured me how it would be. Showroom is ran by professionals who back their work with a lifetime guarantee, yet, I'd bet they never have to fall back on it. I'll be getting the ceramic coating done on my vehicle in a couple weeks so the paint can drip, drip, drip ;) read more

So, to start....they were a decent place to go BUT-- Be forwarded they do not keep their promises....GET IT IN WRITING !!! I had 3 Chevy Spark EV's done the there... Nice job. Fast forward...2 Honda Civic's...both were sub par jobs... Didn't put tiny all the way down back windows. Owner said bring them back and I'll fix it....forward a due to covid-19....He then tells us....Oh no, it's going to be $150 to redo his sloppy work. I will say that my deck lid was not fastened down do to a speaker replacement.... Just needed pushed down to get tabs to lock it in place....He could have called to let me know and I could have come and push it down..... In stead he chose to do a sloppy half job and leave a huge gap of non tinted rear window. Sloppy and not a man of his word !!! read more

What a great find!!!!! I came in to check this place out since my coworker had several cars tinted here and a neighbor comes here every time he gets a new vehicle. First I stopped by with lots of questions on the products that are used for tinting, laws, safety and most important that I wanted my suv to look good. Jun was patient with me & questions. Must say that his knowledge makes this place!!!! I took his business card home to think about it. Two days later I called to make an appointment & was able to get in that day. I appreciate getting worked in between established appointments. My car came out looking soooo good~ Price is reasonable & superb workmanship!!!!!! Definitely, the place to get your tint!!!! read more

The only shop I will ever trust to tint any of my vehicles. Some of the best prices and quality of work you will find.

I have come to Bobby and the crew here for years. The experience and service is unmatched. I had multiple vehicles tinted; Subarus, Hondas, Fords. I will tell my friends and family to go here as I have done for years. 10/10 recommend, if you don't believe me, give them a call and go take a look! read more

I did a walk in and they were able to get me in almost imediatly. They were quick and the work was amazing! Everything in Washington is pricey, but they have the best prices around for the epic work they do! My window tint looks perfect. read more

Very happy with service here. Very easy business to find, near Tacoma mall. Purchased a new vehicle and wanted to get windows tinted. Show room was able to get me in the following day after I called. Price is very reasonable, considering I had 9 windows done. Lifetime warranty on tint. Installer was very professional, and finished ahead of schedule. Waiting room and bathrooms available. Bring something to snack on, if your waiting. No food nearby. read more

Bobby was able to get my new Explorer in right away. He always does a great job on my rides! The way he matches the darkness of the tint is perfect as he goes a little darker on the front side windows as the windshield lets a lot of light in. Edges of the tint go all the way to the edge of the glass. He even did a windshield treatment and makes it a lot clearer and repels water and dirty mist. Thanks Bobby! Matt read more

My car was in desperate need of a new tint job, so where do I go look for one? On Yelp of course! I called and was given an appointment the same day. It was already 11:20 and I was set to drop off my car at 12:00, how convenient! I talked to them on the phone about what I wanted and the money situation, they were reasonable so I immediately head over. The quote they gave me was what I paid for later on, excluding the extra services I ended up needing and taxes. If you are military, they give you a discount for that! Awesome service and was done in about 3 hours. It was near Tacoma Mall so waiting was not a problem! read more

I took my 2019 Dodge Charger here to get 20% tint all around. Jun was very knowledgeable and professional and notified me of a possible issue when tinting over the sun dot matrix on the back windshield of my Charger. He made a great recommendation of tinting up to the edge of the dot matrix to avoid the issue. The quality of work is excellent and I am very pleased with the new tint on my car! read more

Excellent service. I called June in the morning and he got my car finished before the end of the day. Life-time warranty on my carbon fiber interior window tinting. He was very professional and knowledgeable, even for out-of-state window tinting laws. Was patient with me deciding on which tint percentage I wanted. Got my car back and was super impressed, not only did they tint my windows, but they even cleaned my car (I had a lot of dog fur all over the floor which is now spotless). Amazing!! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for friendly, superior service. read more

We took our truck in to tint the 2 front windows today. Owner was AMAZING, best customer service that you can hardly find anywhere around these days. The reps were awesome and easy to work with. Additionally, they did an excellent job with the tinting! My only concern is that we had a temporary tag, and they removed it to tint the back window. The tag was not given to us, put in our car, nor placed aside. Our dealer is in Seattle, and it is difficult for us to get up there. This was a great inconvenience and we had to ride "dirty" for a few days. I wouldn't hesitate to have my windows tinted here. But the reps never apologized or took ownership for the mistake. Ultimately, this won't affect the quality of job that a customer will get, but it is an area for concern and growth. read more

Trusted show room with my tint on my 1 year old rav 4 and they hit it out the park. Scheduling was super easy over the phone and they got me in the following weekday. The tint looks beautiful and for my first experience with getting my windows tinted I was not disappointed. They also buffed out a scratch on my car door and it looks even better than ever. Excellent customer service, fair pricing, and phenomenal job 5/5 read more

I was looking for a shop that could do Window Tinting and Ceramic Coating at the same time. I Found Show Room Auto Tinting on Facebook. I reached out to the shop regarding their products and price for my Tesla. After going back and forth on the product and price, I decided to go with the bundle that includes Ceramic window tint and 5 year ceramic coating package which includes paint correction process for $1500 (5 year protection comes with paint correction). When I picked up the car, I noticed that the shop did not do the paint correction. I inquired about it; the staff told me that since they gave me a discount on the "package deal" they will not do the paint correction. I was NOT informed about this, and they told me they assumed that because I told him the car is new and I don't need paint correction. I have texts to proof. The owner even said will make my car look good and will buff out all the swirls and imperfection on the paint in the morning when I dropped off the car. After everything, the owner said he can't do anything about it now that the ceramic coating is on the car. I notice that there were some bubbles in the back windshield, he said it was film defect and wants me to come back so they could work on it. When I got home, I noticed that there was a 1-inch crease in my front windshield due to the poor craftsmanship. I asked for 3rd party advice, and they said I could ask the shop to minimize the crease. I came to the back to the shop to get my back windshield tint repair. I pointed it out to them the front crease in the front they said there is nothing that they could do. Initially, they said there is a lifetime warranty on the film and craftmanship. They did not honor their warranty in this case. My friend got his windshield done at a different shop and it looks perfect! Tesla Owners, don't waste your time here. read more

June hooked me up with an awesome deal in getting my truck tinted (4 windows & sunshade/visor for $200). He answered all my questions and made sure I was in the loop of things during the procedure. On top of that, I had just came back from an off roading trip in the Oregon coast and so my whole interior was a mess, I had dirt and sand everywhere. He went out of his way to clean my interior in order to not get any dust/debris on the tint film. Will definitely recommend this shop to my friends and family! read more

Took my husband's car here before it closed for COVID-19. It was amazing! His windows are perfectly done! 6 months later, and they still look amazing! They're reasonably priced, and efficient, and masters of their craft. The guy explained each option to us, and let us decide what we wanted, instead of just trying to shove their most expensive products at us. We ended up getting the top of the line one anyway, and it was still very reasonably priced. It only took a couple hours to have done, and when we picked it up, he went over care and maintenance for the next few days while it cured. Plus, there was a sticker over the window switches so you didn't pull an idiot move and roll them down and mess up your tint. Love this place! Can't wait for it to reopen so I can have the front windows on my SUV done! read more

Just like everyone else is saying, the service is amazing. He really made sure I was confident with what percentage I wanted for my window tints. I drive a 350z and it's my first car so I want it to be perfect. My car is a two door so that might have a reason to why it was so fastly done, but they have a really nice room you can sit and wait in! That have tv so I was chilling the whole time. They even have toys for kids to play with during the wait time. I would take a picture of my car but currently my camera is broken. I am extremely satisfied and happy with how my tints came out. I highly recommend this place. :) read more

Two vehicles tinted, both came out excellent. Prices are fair, quality is high. I recommend to anyone.

Best Tint Job I've ever had! I've had several places do my windows and there is always that horrible gap at the top, not here!

I stopped by because I was going on a road trip down south mid-July and new it was going to be hot. I was given some good information about my options and there was a display to show them to me. I made an appointment, where after another consult on my options, I dropped off the car and came back 4 hours later. The work looked very professional, with no issues so far. I followed their care instructions for the first 5 days. Now I've been gone three weeks in 100+ daily temperatures and I have yet to see a flaw. It's nice to have something done and not have to worry about whether I'd have to return because it wasn't done right the first time. read more
