My review might be a little long, but I promise if you're a woman, it's worth taking a minute to…read moreread.
From the very first phone call, I had a good feeling about Top Gun Auto. The owner answered the phone himself, asked for my name right away, and used it throughout our conversation. When I asked for his name, and he said, "Maverick," I laughed and said, "You're pulling my leg, right?" He laughed and said, "No ma'am!" It turns out his name really is Maverick, which is why he named the shop Top Gun Auto. That pretty much set the tone for the whole experience. It felt like I was talking to someone I'd known for years, or maybe even a family friend, instead of just being another customer.
It's not a huge shop. It's just three guys who genuinely care about their customers and take pride in their work.
I trusted them to replace the engine in my Camaro SS and install new brakes and rotors. They kept me updated, answered every question I had, and got my car back to me much faster than I expected. The workmanship was excellent, and my car drives great. Thanks again, guys!
As a woman, I'll admit that I usually expect to be talked down to at the typical repair shop. That never happened here, and honestly, I was shocked. They treated me with respect, explained everything clearly, and never once made me feel patronized.
One thing that really impressed me was that every night, my car, along with the other vehicles they were working on, were locked safely inside the shop instead of sitting outside. Little things like that show how much they truly care.
I noticed they were working on everything from high-end performance cars to older daily drivers, and it was obvious that every vehicle received the same level of care. The shop was clean, organized, and professional. Their prices were very fair compared with the other estimates I received.
I heard they may start offering auto paint services in the future, which would make them a true one-stop shop. So who knows... I might be having them paint my truck that perfect shade of pink soon!
Finding an honest repair shop isn't easy these days, but to my ladies who have always dreaded the typical auto repair experience like I did, trust me... go meet Maverick, Omar, and Collin. You won't regret it. They've earned my trust. Thank you guys, I cannot say it enough for taking such great care of my camaro. I'll definitely be back next time I need anything done to the Camaro or to my truck and will happily recommend Top Gun Auto to anyone looking for honest repairs, quality workmanship and affordable prices.
