After having issues with a previous service provider I found this place to replace a part I was told I needed to be done for a leak. I took my car to him for the first time and he did the part for me at a decent price.He also did a walk through to show me if the previous car place had done the listed repairs they said they did. He explained a lot of things throughly. After a few days I noticed the leak was still present so I took it back to him where he offered to test it at no charge. He found where the leaks were that the other place didnt tell me at all! So so far so good! It's great to have someone who is honest and makes sure to treat your car like their own. read more

I bought a used truck that badly needed maintenance. Dar, the owner, replaced my struts, and air filter, oil and transmission fluid. He was very professional and honest about what needed to be done. He took pictures to show me where it was leaking fluid. He also gave me reassurance that if anything else happened or I needed anything he would tow me. I feel like his concern for my safety is invaluable. I can have my services done anywhere, but I go to Dar, because I feel like his estimates are comparable to big box chains, but the personal service is priceless. read more

I don't know where to start because the customer service was AMAZING from the moment I drove up. Dar was helpful, VERY PROFESSIONAL and informative while fixing me and my daughter vehicle. I have never experienced nothing like this before in the automotive business. He doesn't pressure you into getting nothing fix that you don't want to, he takes before and after pictures of everything that needs to be done on your vehicle. Dar was definitely a blessing to us! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS SHOP!. owner will tell you one price and when you show up to get it will be a totally diff price. we agreed on a price of 392$ to do a repair that should gave taken 2 hours instead took 3 days and cost 696$!. also he left the window down for the car to get rained in all day.. the seat was soaking wet along with the door! I wish I could give this place no stars because it's a complete scam. I spoke with Dar on Monday morning, March 11th, 2024. He was very nice on the phone and kept insisting he could tow our car to him, which I said wasn't necessary. He mentioned it would be a free diagnosis and promised to get back to us as soon as possible. So, we brought the car in the very next day, exactly when we said we would. Upon arrival, Dar was not there; only a lady at the front desk was present, who called him, and he said he was dropping off parts. Not once during my visit did she mention they would charge $120. I only signed my information; my partner even reminded me to ensure my writing was nice. The next day, they told us it would cost $1,476 to fix the car. They had upcharged on everything, so we declined. When we came to retrieve the car, the guy demanded payment before releasing our car, saying, "It's $120, pay it now, or you can't have your car," in a very aggressive manner. Then he mentioned he'd call the owner. When I confronted the owner upon her arrival, pointing out that I was never informed of any charges, she retorted that I had signed for it. However, the form I signed had been altered to include the $120 charge after the fact. Despite their claim of free diagnostics contingent upon getting the work done, nowhere did it explicitly state a $120 charge. I offered to pay $50, but they insisted on $120 to release the keys. I started recording due to their aggression, and then the owner called the police. Feeling cornered and with my two children by my side, I reluctantly paid the fee with my credit card. I value integrity in business transactions and would happily pay if informed upfront about the costs. However, being misled and then coerced into paying an undisclosed fee is unacceptable. This establishment's conduct is far from what constitutes good business practice. I have recorded their aggressive behavior and am willing to share the videos with anyone who messages me. read more
