He does the job right the first time without overcharging you. I needed a headlight fixed and he was able to get me in right away. He got it done so quickly and was so kind! Precision Automotive Service has earned my business with all my vehicles permanently!!! During a…read moreroutine oil change, I was told by a "big box" automotive establishment that I needed a new wheel bearing on my vehicle along with a new tie rod, which would then mean the car would also need aligned. The quote was nearly $1,000. They also told me I needed a completely new exhaust... $$$! So, only living here in the Madison area a short time and not really knowing many people, I decided to see who else was around. I sent ten yelp requests for an estimate to local auto shops looking to get only the wheel bearing replaced on my car. I received five responses within a few days. Two told me cost with labor would be $500-$650 and two said they really "needed" to get my car in their shops and "up on a lift" to give me a price. The fifth response was Chris from Precision Automotive. Chris responded right away within a few hours, and a full day before the others, with a detailed estimate of the repair which would get me out the door for almost half what the other two quoted me! So, there's no doubt where I chose. Upon leaving my car, I asked Chris to take a look at my tie rods and my exhaust. Not only did Precision live up to their quote, they told me that my tie rod was completely fine and did not need replaced and that an alignment was not necessary, only misdiagnosed due to the bearing being bad and the inexperience of proper diagnosis. Chris also told me that I didn't need a complete exhaust replacement, only that the pipe before my muffler had a hole in it and that was all that needed replaced and could be done for a tiny fraction of what I was quoted. So, not only did Precision get me out the door for nearly half the next best quote, they saved me from three unnecessary repairs! And not only did they do that, they got me to work (twenty minutes away) and back by lunch with the repair completed and my car ready to go! Before I drove away, I asked for a quote on a new front control arm needed for my mini-van and Chris, without hesitation, quoted me half what I was told at another locally owned auto shop! As I drove away, I noticed that my car wasn't making any grinding noises, the steering wheel wasn't vibrating and had no additional play, and my car wasn't pulling to the side when I broke! My car drove perfectly again. Precision went above and beyond, not only with pricing and a sound repair, but with customer service and honesty. They have earned my business and my loyalty. Moral of the story... I won't take my cars anywhere else again, and I absolutely and very highly recommend them for any service you need on yours!

I have used Madison detailing twice now, and I can't recommend this place highly enough. My car was…read morein rough shape from the winter weather, spilling a latte onto one of my doors, and owning three dogs who occasionally ride in the backseat (with a cover, but still...). My car now looks brand new, not just like it came off the lot, but like it came off the assembly line! Every area of my car was cleaner than I thought it could possibly get. They even got the oatmeal that I accidentally spilled onto the electric window switches (like I said, rough shape). In addition, everybody that I talked to, from my initial inquiry, to making the appointment, to picking up my car, was extremely friendly. I won't go anywhere else from now on.

Hey, Viewers! Let…read moreme first start by saying how wonderful the folks at The Tint Factory are! I mean, come on! I didn't purchase anything from them, yet, but they were still able to help me get my car alarm system back in working order. I'd say this was about two months ago when I had major issues with my car alarm, blast you Avitar!! Anyway, before calling the Tiny Factory I had tried reaching out to other companies like the Radio Doctor and did not get the same vibe as the folks at the Tiny Factory. I completely understand how my issue initially was tough to troubleshoot over the phone, but as soon as I hopped on the phone with one of their guys (I forgot his name) and whoever helped me was seriously a genuine guy. He told me to quickly come down to the shop and he would gladly help me troubleshoot the issue. Now, he totally didn't have to do that, but by doing this, they gained a loyal customer and I will be sure to get my windows tinted by these guys as soon as it's in the budget :) Now for the good stuff, when I walked into their establishment - it was clean and had lots of different products for sale. This was a nice touch as you are able to see all the possible options available for you to choose from. They are very knowledgeable and willing to go the distance to help you find exactly what you need. Overall, these guys are great! If their awesome customer service skills are as amazing as their work then this is definitely a place I would always recommend as well as visit for my own personal expenses. Good job Tint Factory!
