I would have rate AMD 10 stars. My cousin has a 2014 Dodge Avenger, she passed away a couple months ago. I have been appointed her personal representative to settle her estate. Part of my responsivities is to sell her assets; which include her car. Before that could happen, I needed to get the car detailed. The car was disgustingly dirty. dog hair, junk all over, dust so thick I could write my name in it. It was so dirty that after I got done driving it, I threw my clothes in the washer and took a shower. In order to sell the car, it needed to be clean. So, I went online to figure out where I should get the detailing done. That were I found AMD, I checked out AMD reviews and the pictures on their website, I was impressed and decided this was the place for me to contact to get my cousin's car detailed. Part of AMD service is AMD comes to your location to detail your car. Another great advantage of using AMD. AMD saves you time and the hassles of taking and picking up your car from the detailer. It's that simple! My main concern about the car was this very large stain all over the passenger front seat. Not to mentions all the dust, dirt, dog hair and junk in the car. AMD just left and I am still scratching my head trying to figure out how in the world they got that stain out. I am so happy I don't have to go through the headache of trying replace the front passenger seat. Now when I place my ad to sell the car, I can tell prospective buyer, the car is emulated on the inside. Thanks to AMD they have increased the value on my car. And I will no longer feel embarrass for how nauseate the inside of her looked. I know now that I pick the right company to hire to detail my cousin's car. Sebastian came back and shampooed the carpet today. Same great communication and thorough job. Very pleased. Excellent price for the convenience of having them come to us! Original review from 6/14/2016 AMD did a great job on our minivan. We have 3 kids and a Golden Retriever. Our car was very dirty! Finding a time and place to have the car empty so it could be thoroughly cleaned was difficult. We found AMD and they fit us in on short notice. They did a great job with scheduling and confirming. They spent several hours vacuuming and wiping the interior and the van looked great. They clearly communicated about what they were able to do and what they were not. Rain prevented them from shampooing, so they are scheduling with us to come back and are not asking for payment until the job is done. Having them come to us was a tremendous convenience and the cost was comparable to, even a little less than, going into a car wash or dealership for a detail. As a side note, Sebastian handled our overly-friendly and large Golden Retriever puppy very nicely. I will definitely use them again. read more

AMD's service was excellent from the moment I called to set up an appointment until the completion of the job. I scheduled a complete detailing inside and out with wax. Our car was recently shipped across the country in an exposed car carrier so the outside was filthy. We have two young children who have been spilling drinks, pouches, and food in the car for the past 4 years. Sebastian was energetic and informative when I called. Most of the scheduling is done via text which is convenient. The prices are not cheap but they are appropriate and compare favorably to the competition. They were punctual, very friendly, and paused several times during the job to communicate exactly what they were doing. Payment is accepted via cash or check, but would be even more convenient if they add mobile electronic payment options in the future. Overall, their customer service experience would be considered top-of-class for any industry. I highly recommend AMD and will be a repeat customer. read more

One person from AMD arrived on time at our home in Verona for our Saturday morning appointment. He immediately got to work and worked steadily on my vehicle. He washed the outside of the car and the wheels; he removed all bugs and tar. He did not wax the car (its extra), but it looked like he did. He washed the windows and they sparkled. He thoroughly vacuumed the inside of the car, getting into all of the nooks and crevices and washed the hard surfaces. The car looked like new inside even before he shampooed the carpets and the seats. The shampooing really brightened up the carpet and upholstery. He worked hard to clean our floor mats and even got out most of what must have been some kind of oily spots. The person was very courteous and professional. He spent a little over five hours cleaning my car. I would definitely hire AMD again and refer them to my friends. I couldn't be more delighted with our service from AMD. Sebastian and Chad exemplify professionalism and kindness, a quality hard to find. I was VERY comfortable with them being at my home and around my kids. There was an extra fee for our snack encrusted car (may be worth budgeting for that if you have kids), but their 4+ hours of constant labor to get our Honda CRV looking brand new it was worth it. The car shampoo they use actually smells good!! and when my husband saw the car for the first time, he couldn't believe how good it looked! AMD gave me some sound tips on how to keep the car clean from here on out. They were helpful in removing seat covers and showing me their process as they kept cleaning. ** BEWARE OF HIS SCAM** He will send you a list of prices, and then after getting done he will add many other items to the bill. I chose the In-side blow out for 169.99 and then he said I have Pet hair on the floor mats of the back seats (I have a 2-door) car. I never had any pets in my car, and the back seats are so small, I haven't had someone sit in he back for years. He charged me another $40 for that. Let us assume there was some hair, how is cleaning your car cost more if it has dirt, isn't that the whole purpose of cleaning. My total went up from 169 to $225 ($15 charge for his trip), although he used my electricity! He threatened to take me to court for the $40, which something no real business would do. Loved my experience with AMD!! Sebastian, Chad and Sierra were not only very friendly, but professional and efficient, too. I waited far too long to get this done, as I have 2 very messy little boys. My 11 y.o. said "Mommy! It looks like you just got it from the dealership!" The interior of my 2006 Prius looks sparkling and like new. Scheduling was easy and I got confirmation the night before as a reminder. They knew how to get the work done in between rainshowers. They came prepared. They took some time pressure off me by coming right to my house, enabling me to get more done. I highly recommend AMD! This guy really does do a good job detailing cars. It's very convenient to be able to leave your car at your own house while you work and come home to a spotless vehicle. We gave him quite the job to do among the bike grease on all the seats/doors, the deeply embedded straw, the extra sticky cubby-holes, and a whole dirt-road worth of grit. Plus there was the emergency-mildew-you-shouldn't-leave-the-moon-roof-open-in-a-thunderstorm-and-then-close-it-up crisis. (Don't judge.) All of that was cleaned up from top to bottom. No more mud, no more smell, no more grease, no more sticky. The cleaning smell has faded and now the car smells like... well, nothing... which means he knows how to actually fix the mildew and not just cover it up. Kudos. read more

Thumbs up to AMD! Today was our first time using AMD, and it was an excellent experience. Owner Sebastian did the work himself, in our own driveway, and gave the interior of our Toyota Highlander a meticulous, ultra-thorough head-to-toe detailing. Given our car's black interior, the difference on all the rugs and floors is blinding. His approach is very personal, giving it plenty of time and TLC, and our car looks brand new. Before deciding to use him, I called around to a few places for pricing. His was by far the best price (about $30-40 cheaper than the next best option), and was much more convenient for us because we didn't have to take and leave our car somewhere. I was preparing to sell my 10-year old Maxima. I decided that one of the best ways to get a better purchase offer would be to have my car professionally detailed ... particularly because I never took very good cosmetic care of it. (My daughter and grandkids wouldn't even ride in it because the interior was so dirty.) Sebastian and co-worker at AMD did a terrific job of the inside detailing on our 2010 Dodge Grand Caravan, considering it hadn't been thoroughly cleaned for about 10 years. Sebastian categorized the status of the inside before cleaning in the category of "Holy Cow". They took about 3 1/2 hours of cleaning in our driveway. We provided the power for their tools, of course, and the water for cleaning the floor mats that were in pretty bad shape. Sebastian returned on a later day to help me with adjustments on my steering wheel to be sure that the position was correct for me. AMD is the BEST! I needed the carpets cleaned for my in-laws RV and the carpets were extremely dirty! He went out of his way to come on Sunday morning to Cross Plains as that was one of the few days that worked for us. He arrived exactly on time and cleaned the very large interior carpeting on his hands and knees. It was a difficult job because there are so many tight spaces to get into and he even got up stains in hard to reach places by the driver's seat and the entrance. WOW!!! What a job AMD just did on my cars. I can't believe what I was looking at when they got done detailing my two vehicles. I thought I had new cars in my driveway as clean as they were and how they shined. AMD customer service was just the greatest, Prompt, Courteous and hard working. My car has not been this clean since it has come off the Kia car lot. Meticulous cleaning only begins to describe how clean my car is. The car interior hasn't been cleaned in a couple of years and it needed a good cleaning. ( Our neighbor used AMD and we thought we would try them.) I doubt I would be able to find any speck of dust anywhere in the car interior. Sebastian also had a couple of great suggestions relative to keeping my car mats clean. I can not put into words the EXCELLENT detailing on my Highlander SUV!!!! This is the second time my vehicle has been done and the results are unbelievable! I transported some rusty pipes and had what looked like black grease on my carpet and seat. I never expected it to look one 10th of what it does!!! Prices are reasonable and he only does what needs to be done. The owner is very pleasant and kind besides being very accommodating! Very friendly & professional service. The inside of my car never looked so clean! I didn't think some of the ground-in dirt and dinginess could be cleaned, but the car's interior looks brand new. They took a lot of time and really worked on getting every last bit of the interior clean - great attention to detail. Also love that they are mobile and can come to our house. I contact AMD for a full interior and exterior detailing of my 4-door car. I live in an apartment near the capitol square area and I wasn't sure if my apartment had the proper facilities needed. AMD was very understanding and even took the time to come over and verified that my apartment had the appropriate water and electricity outlets, which is truly quality service.
