Great experience at Triton Car Wash. The staff really prioritizes the customer and makes sure you're taken care of. My card machine didn't work, and instead of it being an issue, the guy stepped in and even let me have the wash on the house. Really appreciated the kindness and service. This is an old school car wash... inside and out. That seems to be a rare find these days... and it's locally owned with the owner often on site. The staff is friendly and helpful and work hard to accommodate customers. I have one of the various annual memberships with unlimited washes. I think it's a great value. read more

I tried them 3 times. Each experience was a huge disappointment. Most recently I paid for the works and I did not get all of the services paid for, didn't clean second row mats, didn't vacuum the cargo space, didn't get wheel treatment. They claim management inspection-never seen it! Was really looking forward to a quality car wash in Middleton. Guess I need to keep looking. read more

Save your money!! Do not have your car washed here. I took my car for their most expensive wash which is misleading in description. Full vacuum is not really full vacuum - they do not wipe or vacuum seats or around the seats. They do not wipe down arm rests on doors and a manager is not checking anything at the end as listed on what is included. They kindly "re-washed" my car but the same dusty / dirty areas remained. The person working the drive up line was very kind and offered a re-wash and noted that the areas I pointed out should have been addressed. He also noted that there have been a number of similar complaints lately. The areas that were wiped down are simply smeared water stains. I called to ask about the service after the second wash (maybe I am missing something after re-reading what is included) and was met with an extremely loud unapologetic person over the phone. Anyway, you can get the same basic car wash at Kwik trip for $10 (if no one is actually going to vacuum or wipe anything down). read more

This is my 1st time to this car wash where I showed up on a weekday afternoon. Needless to say, there isn't a line! My car had a lot of bugs on the front bumper where the guy used the spray to get rid of them. Another guy did a quick vacuum and then it went into the machine wash. Two people hand-dried my car but they missed a couple of spots. It was $22 per wash and they offer monthly membership. They have a nice waiting area with some chairs and tables if you need to work while waiting for the car. read more

Great value over paying 10-12 dollars for the " top of the line " anywhere else. 54 dollars gets you unlimited washes all month long with a very non abrasive soft cloth wash and a hand drying. They go the extra mile getting you in and out with a great 3 bay dog wash as well. So glad I found them last year. The staff is great and management seems to keep the place very clean and treats their people well. Glad I found them for summer and for winter salt. read more

This would be a 4 start review except for the service at the beginning. The only open lane was the Triton club member lane (other lane blocked by a cone) and yet the employee came out and berated us for being in the members only lane. So we move the car only to not be able to see the car wash options. Likely got ripped off/upsold when we didn't need it because we couldn't see the menu. All that aside it is one of the best cat washes in the area. They do a great job cleaning the interior and exterior of the car, with good attention to detail. Just wish the service had been better. read more

Good exterior cleaning; ok vacuuming; but I'd ask them not to do the inside windows because they don't use the right kinds of cloths for that and the windows can wind up cloudy. Also ask for and check your receipt. I was overcharged and had to initiate a dispute with the bank to get it corrected. read more

Phenomenal service! A few weeks ago, my brother hit the garage backing my car out of it. At the end of the wash, they noticed the garage paint on my bumper and buffed it out for me, completely free! The interior and exterior wash were high quality as well. Next time I need a wash, I'm definitely going back. read more

Took my Suburban in after hunting season with a lot of mud inside and out. The crew put some extra time into vacuuming, wiping down doors etc. My vehicle looks awesome and I would definitely recommend Triton read more

I've been going here for many months since we bought a new car. The place is usually not busy and it has never taken more than around 12 minutes per service. Nice facilities, friendly staff and large teams. I wish I could recommend it but the work they do is not great. I have to encourage them to clean my third row of seats by putting the middle row down. They don't clean the entire car - especially the interior - so I usually finish it up at home. We do "the works" which is pretty expensive. I tried adding a "detail wash" once which was a joke. They sprayed all this shiny waxy stuff randomly all over the interior - looked like someone had a sneezing attack - which took around 30 minutes to wipe off. I'll probably go back a few more times but I'd really like to find a place that can do a more thorough job in Middleton. read more
