They said they were going to eat their breakfast and start on my car, so I went inside. They asked me to come out and started talking about all of the extra charges involved. The charges were not discussed in the walk around. In fact, an area that I was told would not be a problem, was a HUGE problem all of a sudden, once the second guy was involved. I budgeted for extra charges, because I have a dog and it has been a while since my car has been detailed. However, we do not eat in the car, dont smoke, and because of my son being in a wheelchair, we are never in muddy or extremely dirty areas (can't get a wheelchair in those places). I have CERTAINLY seen much worse cars in videos and even the reviews for AMD. I ended up being worried that the charges were going to be exorbitant, with no end. The second guy there seemed to really want to stick it to me. I had no choice but to cancel the service, considering that I felt they would keep tacking extra charges on for small things, since they were already exaggerating the job. I asked them to remove the minor scratches with no coloring…read moreand major scratches with coloring. however, they just carelessly brushed all over my car and now it looks way worse (see the pictures with scratches and unbuffed brushing on top). Instead of removing the scratches, they put a ton of color on the rusty parts of my car, which I haven't asked for. I wanted to remove the rust carefully and then put a mild color. definitely didn't want to carelessly add colors on top of the rust. If you want your car to look worse than when you check in with them, go there!
