They're trying to rewrite the script. #NoRemorse #DailyEvents #WeNeedToGetSmarter. I had been texting and speaking on the phone with salesman Kahj about a white CRV. He even sent me a lease breakdown in writing -- and not once did we ever discuss an HRV. I was very clear that I wanted a CRV. When I arrived at the dealership, the first car they showed me was extremely basic -- it even had a hand pump to raise the seat! I said, "Forget it," so they brought out another car. I liked that one and agreed to purchase it, believing it was a CRV. At no point did Kahj ever say the word "HRV." I'm not a car expert, so I didn't know the difference. Based on our texts and phone calls, I fully believed I was buying a CRV. It wasn't until I was sitting down to sign the paperwork that I noticed it said HRV. I stopped and said, "Wait a minute -- this says HRV! I thought I was buying a CRV!" Kahj's response? "Oh, it's only two inches smaller -- almost the same car." I should have walked out right then and there. No excuse -- I was just shocked, the process was moving fast, and I went along with it. #PeoplePleaserMoment When I got home, I reviewed all the texts and called my brother, who immediately said, "That's bait and switch." I texted Kahj and called Anthony, the finance manager -- but conveniently, he was "not in," even though I had just seen him ten minutes earlier. I told them I would not accept the car they were trying to deliver. I plan to speak with the general manager on Monday -- and then I'm going to shout it from the mountain tops: Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. Especially if you're a single female -- sadly, this kind of thing still happens in this day and age. That salesman knew he never showed me or told me it was an HRV. Anyone can look at our text exchange and see why I believed I buying a CRV. Now he claims he "mentioned the HRV trim" -- maybe he did, but I never heard it.

The Henricks Auto Group conglomerate purchased this dealership. They completely remodeled or, in a better word, rebuilt the entire building. Everything in this store is state-of-the-art. The biggest fault I find with this store is the lack of stability in the service writers. The turnover at this position is huge. I have read the negative reviews, and I have not had the same problems. In service, they almost 100 percent of the time quote you before they work on the car. For the most part, they fix the car on your first visit. If you are into the enviroment thing they recyle the trash, they use real coffee cups for your free coffee or hot chocolate or tea. The most frustrating thing they do and it does cause much frustration is to set specivific service times for you to bring in your vehicle. The reality of this system is to keep you from having to wait in long service lines. The downside is that this is not, nor can it ever run like a doctor's office. Too many things can bog a technician down when repairing a car. If you keep this in mind, the appointment time is really for the car write-up, not the time they will work on it.

My 2024 corvette had been in to this dump for service after hitting a pothole and damaging a wheel. They did the work as well as a multi point inspection. They found no defect or safety issue (except for a bunch of stuff they wanted to sell me) and sent me on my way. A few weeks later I took it in because it seemed too low on one side . They told me that the car has a broken strut tower and can't be salvaged or repaired . Yes, that's right . Going over a pothole totals a car. Why didn't they find this when they had it in for service? Good question. Enter Rick Hendrick "customer support"...Alexis Greene. She said "we'll get back to you in 8 hours." That was 2 weeks ago...nobody got back to me. I also Emailed and called the general manager, Jasen Colon...crickets ...never got back to me. Nobody does anything at this place, except of course, take your money and fail to spot a safety hazard. Want more detailed info? Arlington helped us with some pre-owned or used vehicle options. We had looked at their inventory online so had an idea of what we wanted to see. The Palisade has same body type as the Kia Telluride as Hyundai owns Kia. Palisade is more spacious. Oh man, loooooooove the new Santa Fe body which looks like the new Telluride body type. Boxier and more rugged. Don't even get me started on the MATTE FINISH!!! Any car in matte finish is a so BADASS!!! It was nice to see our options, sit in the cars, hear about the different features each level offers. Arlington was wonderful, patient and so helpful. Very down to earth and doesn't act like your typical car salesman. Haha. Sorry but it's true. Thanks Arlington for your help. We're still scoping out options before making a final decision. When I told him what I need, he answered me the same loud manner the paint code. Not printed code. Not write it down on piece of paper, just articulated. Apparently he thought anybody ready to memorize codes which consist random letters and figures. I had to ask him to write it. He did it with such a sour face... And in the end I decided to find out lease terms and conditions for the new car. Was staying about 7 minutes in renovated and looks awesome room. Nobody look at me, no body asked me what I need. Total ignorance. Four different men were around me, all were very busy, one was reading a news paper, another one searched something in cell phone. All were with serious and focused faces. I regret I bought the car and now I have to communicate and use the dealership where customer ignorance is common practice. Where after the sales contract is signed, nobody worries about Customers' needs. And I really upset that Huynday HQ does nothing to fix the situation. I wish I could another dealership in Naples...

I specifically called ahead and was told by a service advisor (Carlos) to bring the car in so they could check for any remaining warranty items and address an open recall. I dropped the vehicle off the night before my appointment. The next day I received no communication at all from the dealership. At 1:18 PM I texted Carlos to ask for an update and was told the car had been assigned to a technician who was still working on another vehicle. After hearing nothing else, I followed up again at 5:41 PM and was then told it typically takes 24-48 hours just to look at a car because they are "in season" and have about 150 cars. If that's the case, I don't understand the purpose of scheduling an appointment, and none of this was communicated when I was told to bring the vehicle in. Since I couldn't leave the car another day, I said I would pick it up. Carlos told me he wasn't there anymore, that they close at 6, and that other service reps would help me. When I arrived, I was told the car was with a mechanic and asked if I still wanted it. I said yes. Someone eventually pulled it up and handed me the keys -- no apology, no explanation, no hello or goodbye, and no attempt to make the situation right. I also sent a note to the General Manager about the experience and never received any response, which says a lot given the weekly mailers and advertisements they send talking about how much they value customers. I've owned many different brands of cars over the years and have never experienced this level of disregard for basic customer service. Ironically, the service department is quick to hand you paperwork explaining how to give them perfect survey scores, yet the actual customer experience doesn't come close to meeting even the basics. Needless to say, I won't be leasing another vehicle here, and my wife won't be servicing or leasing her Jeep here either. With over 100 Jeep dealers in Florida competing for business, it's surprising to see a dealership try this little.

Instead of taking responsibility, the dealership claimed they "reviewed the footage" and said it was inconclusive how the crack occurred. Convenient, right? We are also still waiting on the Condition Report that the dealer was supposed to take of the cars condition at drop off but that is also "still missing". What's even worse is that after saying this, they have completely stopped responding. No phone calls returned. No emails answered. Nothing. Absolute silence. As a result, my parents, who are seniors, are now being forced to drive around with a cracked windshield that obstructs their view, creating a serious safety hazard, while they wait for this dealership to do the bare minimum and respond. This is not just unprofessional, it's irresponsible. If this is how they treat customers when something goes wrong, especially elderly customers, then people deserve to know. They clearly have no urgency, no accountability, and no concern for customer safety. Save yourself all the stress of now having to make a police report, filing a complaint with the state DMV, and filing a consumer protection complaintand. Take your business elsewhere!!
