I had a great experience at car image!! My Honda Accord had been damaged in the parking lot at Target, the front bumper and various other parts were hit by someone, apparently pretty hard. Anyway, Ted worked with insurance company as the extent of the damage was revealed, and he and his staff did a beautiful job on the car. I'm so pleased with the outcome. I made the trip down from Temecula and found Ted agreeable to do a complete trim-off refinish. The results were stunning. Ted matched the Volvo #214 Metallic Gray exactly and put down a beautiful finish. His entire staff are dedicated craftsmen who care about what they do, and every job passes Ted's discerning eye before considered done. Awesome value and workmanship for the price. Ok, so I accidentally scarped a door on my new Tesla on my house. I was sad and went a round and got some estimates a "Certified Tesla" shop quoted me ~$4000.00 and I was really sad. I decided to get a few more estimates. I got to Car Image and they gave me an estimate for 1/3 of what I got from the "Certified Tesla" shop. A few others shops gave me estimates for about 1/2 of the "Certified Tesla" shop. I took the car in on Monday morning and picked up on Saturday morning. And now it looks like nothing ever happened to the door.
