After now having a real car buying experience, I realize this place is a complete scam. They change the financing too much plus sell cars without being transparent about the vehicle history. Car Depot Miramar - This is where you can send a complain, next step state attorney of Florida. - Car Dealers Near Me - Miaramar, Florida

Online listing price is $12,788 for the 2016 Mazda3i Touring Compact car 54,000.00 Miles on it. After contacting the dealership they offered me a guaranteed price out the door of $13,500.00 When arrived to my appointment the people were awesome and very friendly but they were only allowed to sell the car for $15,000.00 So they exercise deceptive tactics to lure you and waste your time. We made a serious cash offer for $11,200.00 (-$2,300) from their guaranteed price Car is an auction vehicle (fleet) needs service, tires, new battery and TLC. Has been siting since June 2018 approximately (4months) I wonder why? All service, new battery and new tiers approximate value of $1,500.00 News update, just received a call from a sales person offering out the door price of $14,700. Also hanged up because of the waste of time only to be followed by a text that said "it is very childish and immature to hang up on a business conversation" this is ridicules. would love to chat with the owner! about their practices... News Update - Spoke with another person today, was offered $14,888 not out the door price. (They really push for financing...) They changed the price of the vehicle online and finally called me back after I chased them for some time. I am not happy with the way they do business they are just not trust worthy. I would not be able to recommend any of my friends and family to this dealership... they are a complete waste of time. They probably target bad credit individuals so that they can bleed them out monthly on a bad loan. You have your very bad apples and some good apples. Regardless I don't know anyone with a regular credit history or above to be happy with what they have to offer. FYI they have hundreds of lawsuits... https://www.juralindex.com/car-depot-of-miramar-and-kennya-quesada.html read more

SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS GARBAGE DEALERSHIP!!!!!!!!!! These people sold us a car and at first everything perfectly fine. They said they were going to call us back and fix the minor issues the car had and not once did we receive a phone call to fix the car. The mechanic was never there and after we signed the contract, they called us a week later to tell us that the bank could not approve us for the 60 month contract and said it had to be 48 months. First of all, there was no record with the bank that we signed and were approved to finance the car. The office manager VICTOR is the worst person in that office. He needs to be fired for his unprofessionalism. When we went to go return the car once we found out about the contract changing, he told us that the people who could help us in regards to the mileage was the people in Car Depot in homestead. So we went on a Saturday (they're open 7 days a week) to go figure out the issue with the mileage and return the car but when we went, Victor was there and when we tried talking to him, he went crazy and ran outside the store forming a scene saying he did not want to speak to us. SO UNPROFESSIONAL. The people from the homestead office had to chase after him to get him to cooperate with us because he didn't want to speak to us and take care of the issue since it was his wrong doing. So in order to assess the situation, Jorge from that office tried helping us, he told us he would call us on Monday to see how he can handle the situation and get us a refund for the deposit we made and to return the car. Monday rolls around and we find out that they repossessed the car. There was absolutely no reason to do that because we had just gotten the car and did not miss a payment. Jorge then called and said he couldn't help us, that it had to be Victor. So in the process of all of this the homestead office kept calling us and insisting that the bank reapproved us for a 60 month contract again (SCAM!!!). We want no business with them so we denied. We returned the keys on Tuesday and we did not get our deposit back because they said we had to pay .80 cents per mileage plus $45 a day for the car. Mind you, Victor only said the mileage was the only thing he was going to charge on the car NOT $45 a day for the car. Point is, this place is a scam dealership and they will flip the script on you just to steal your money. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! ESPECIALLY VICTOR FROM THE MIRAMAR LOCATION!!!!! read more

I decided to trade my car in at the end of August and they have still not paid off the auto loan as of Oct 10 even though I carried over the extra $1,800 that was left on the loan to my new loan. They also had me sign 3 different loan paperwork raising my down payment and my interest rate each time. Also when I purchased the new car they DID NOT TELL ME IT HAD BEEN IN AN ACCIDENT!! DO NOT DO BUSNIESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. THEY LIE AND TAKE YOUR MONEY AND TRY TO GET YOU THE HIGHEST INTEREST RATE. I WOULD NEVER LET MY FRIENDS OR FAMILY GO THERE. PLEASE DO NOT END UP LIKE ME BECAUSE OF THESE PEOPLE. They are ruining my credit which is completely unfair. We should start a GoFundMe so we can rent a billboard by the location telling people not to buy there read more

Wow wish I read the reviews before hand I've been coming for a month and have had 3 different salesmen I asked one employee said she gave out over 60 w-2s the year before. Don't waste your time going to this dealership. Very unorganized and poor customer service. Waited for over two months to get a new tag. No one keeps you informed or calls you back. Hi All, PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE ANY VEHICLE ONLINE FROM THIS LOCATION EVER. WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE AND WORST CAR. I bought a mustang 2016 online through cargurus and this was the most disturbing and fraudulent experience for me. They sold me a car which was damaged in accident and showed me carfax report which didnt had the accident listed on it. List of issues which i faced: 1) They sold me a damaged car worth 15k for 22k with stupid charges and promises. 2)Cars Control arms and rear camera were totally damaged which cost me 1100$ extra to fix. 2) The worst salesman CHARLES MITCHELL charged me 1200$ for shipping car though the shipping charges were mere 500$. 3)The car's major accident wasn't even reported in carfax reports. 4)The salesman charles mitchell gave false promises and didnt fulfill any of them. 5)This was my first and worst car buying experience,i didnt had any idea people can be so fraud. 6)They also delayed the delivery of car by a month and the list Goes on. It is my kind advice never buy car from any of its branches. CAR DEPOT is worst. read more

If I could give it zero stars, I would. Worst dealer ever! Called in advance regarding a car... said it was available at Miramar location. Guy even texted me the Miramar address. Drove 30 minutes to Miramar to find out that it was located in Homestead. They called Homestead location to confirm availability so we drove 45 minutes to other location to find out it was sold several days earlier. Terrible customer service! Terrible place, first off, I called before hand if they had the car, I was speaking to a guy named Collin, he told me the car was available, I even went over the vin # just to make sure and it was there according to him, and so set a meet up date. So I went to check it out, and it turns out Collin was not even there to meet up, so I spoke to another man, he said the car is not available that we barely update our online inventory. I was shocked and got a little ticked off because Collin said it was available and in the end I basically wasted an hour drive to see nothing but the exit. Thanks guys! read more

I traded in a vehicle at this dealership about 2 months ago. I gave the a total of $5,500 for a down payment. Which they told me would cover EVERYTHING! With the exception of $150 for the registration whenever it was ready. After the temporary tag expired I went back and asked them if my tag was ready, they said no and issued me another temporary one and said they would call me in a week when the permanent one was ready. A whole month went by and I didn't hear from them, so again I went by. Which was today. Once I got there they said everything was ready that I just had to pay $597! When I asked why? Adriana proceeded to tell me that I needed to make one final payment on the car that I traded in! This made no sense to me because from what I understand, when you trade in a vehicle the dealership is the one responsible for clearing the balance with the finance company. When I told her this she said that they paid the finance company off but I was still responsible for one final car payment. It still made no sense to me, and it made less sense when I did the math (my old car payments were $399 and the registration is $150). When I told her that didn't add up to the amount she was telling me she's said its because they were charging me a late fee!! I laughed and told her how ridiculous this all sounded because how can I be charged a late fee for a vehicle I no longer drive, and her exact words were "we'll that's what it is". I told her that I would not pay this! I would pay the $150 and that's it! She said she would not give me the registration and she would proceed to contact Tallahassee so they would be aware of the situation and then I can have my license suspended. For a lack of a better word this woman is the nastiest person I have ever encountered in my life. I just don't think it's fair that I had to pay that much money without a valid explanation. And when I asked for an itemized receipt she said, "that is illegal" the same thing she said when I gave her the $5,500 down payment. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, they are a bunch of crooks! There's no reviews here but all the ones they have on google are terrible. They deserve negative stars! read more

I my opinion I would not buy a car from this business. The sales was high pressure. I had the car inspected by third party "Goodyear Service Center" who found an oil leak. The sales man and general manager said that I needed to buy the car and the manufacturer would replace or repair the engine for me. I had placed a deposit on the car and was told it was refundable if the car had any problems. I was not refunded the deposit. In my opinion this is not a place to purchase a car from. read more

If I could give this company a zero I would! The experience in the beginning was amazing. They got me everything I wanted. What took a turn for the worst is I purchased my 2015 Chrysler 200 in August of 2020. It is now December 14, 2020 and I still don't have a hard tag for my car. I have been getting nothing but the run around, lied too and so much more. I called a few weeks back to check on the status of my tag and was yelled at by a Ms. T. Scott that's in their homestead office that handles the tags because she thought I was going to yell at her.I really should have done my research on this company because I see that over the years this is a known issue a lot of their customers are having tag issued out problems. I am disappointed at the lack of professionalism they provide and the lack of understanding and sympathy they have for people like me who are struggling with finances due to not having a vehicle. They prey on the weak and innocent for their own pleasure. I've been docking everything since August. Still waiting on a callback from Martin the guy that sold me the car for almost two weeks now. Still no call not even and update and they won't return my calls or answer my calls. Kindly going to call a lawyer and take legal action because of them I no longer have a job and is on the brink of homelessness. read more

I ended up having to pay $800 to get my car back. Now as of Feb 26th 2019 I'm paid in full. The worst dealership in the world. Don't Buy anything from this place I'm surprised they're not shut down. They bought a car from an auction probably for $200 and they put some paint on it and charged me $14,000 for this car. Because of the low mileage that's how they got me. I'm a single young woman and I walked in there alone and the sharks took the prey. If you just want a piece of shit car that you can use for parts then buy from there but if you're looking for a decent car with good customer service you're going to the wrong place. They sold me a A totaled car. They gave me a Carfax that was false and when I took it to the Toyota dealership they they pulled up the real Carfax and it read total loss. They won't give me my money back or even accommodate me by trading out the car. They just shrugged their shoulders and said "there's nothing we can do". I'm going to end up having to sue them to get my money back and to resolve my issue because they won't negotiate with me. read more

ZERO STARS! Worst dealership I've ever experienced. To start off, the car was sold with a bad tire and got flat the next day! We weren't given the car fax after asking every day and were promised things would get fixed with the car when inquiring about it and VICTOR kept giving us the run around after they said it would be fixed. KENNYA (who is constantly hiding in her office avoiding all customers she lies to) even told us to get it fixed ourselves! We went in promised a 60 month contract by Kenya and get called 3 weeks later telling us its a 48 month contract paying alot more a month, which was not what we signed for! After speaking to Victor from how frustrated we were about the whole situation, he says that were stupid and continied to walk out of the building not wanting to talk.. THAT IS NOT HOW YOU DO BUSINESS! They refused to give us our down payment back and forged our signatures saying we owed THEM MONEY on a page we never signed. Avoid this dealer at all costs, they need to be SHUT DOWN! read more

The car I purchased from them has an engine that is not in the correct position - it is overheating and is leaning. The frame of the vehicle is bent in several areas and welded poorly! As a result of the car's damages, the mounts, bolts, tires, and other parts of the car will be strained and worn out prematurely. I am out of my money and without a vehicle to safely get me to my two jobs. Do not fall for their scam! They gave me the run-around and have been unwilling to make this situation right. On August 30, 2013, I paid $2,000.00 to Car Depot of Miramar as a down payment for a 2007 Toyota Corolla. I was approved for an auto finance loan for more than $11,000.00 by Chase Bank in order to finance the total cost of purchasing the vehicle. I was directed to the Corolla by Luis, an auto sales representative. The presentation and reception of all the documents required for the sale were primarily handled by the sales manager, Joel. I was afforded 30 days to return the vehicle to Car Depot should I experience any detrimental malfunction(s) in the vehicle. Joel assumed responsibility for finding a resolution to any mechanical problem(s) with the vehicle (i.e. repair or replacement of the vehicle). On September 3, 2013, West Hollywood Auto Center at 6650 Pines Blvd. Pembroke Pines, FL 33024 conducted an inspection of the 2007 Toyota Corolla and discovered the following issues: (1) Front head chassis bent (2) Engine leaning to the driver side (3) Transmission in need of full flush. On September 3, 2013, Luis and another staff member at Car Depot of Miramar were made aware of the auto center's findings. On September 4, 2013, Joel was made aware of the auto center's findings and he photocopied the report provided by the mechanic who inspected the vehicle. Joel affirmed that he would have a plan of action regarding trading or repairing the vehicle after corresponding with the owner of Miami Auto Max. The extent of the damage that the Corolla had sustained was not reflected in the Auto Check report and was not made evident by the testimony of the Car Depot staff. As of October 6, 2013, Car Depot of Miramar/ Miami Auto Max has failed to provide a safe, suitable alternative vehicle to the 2007 Toyota Corolla. read more

I'm giving this place a one star even though I could give negative twenty stars. This whole business is a scam. All of their cars are ticking time bombs. Not even lemons. A lemon would at least be worth driving. They sell/finance garbage wrapped in tin foil and call it white gold. I tried to purchase a blue HHR car from there a while back. The guy made my co-signer leave a blank check that he said he wouldn't try to cash until a certain date and what do you know? They cash it way before said date and completely mess up my Co-signer's financial situation. On top of that the car I drove off the lot looked good but God forbid I tried to go above 45+ mph, that thing would start shaking like it was going to fall apart into pieces!!!! We took it back to the lot and they acted all surprised, they offered to take it for a drive with us and he would point out how it was driving smoothly. Of course it was driving smoothly, he was going 25 on a residential road, the problem was at higher speeds but he refused to get on the highway!!! After a heated back and forth they said they'd keep it overnight to align it. That wasn't the issue, it didn't fix anything. I ended up giving the car back to them but they didn't change whatever they were supposed to change in the system and to this day it still shows on my report whenever I try to finance a different car and they won't let me get one because of it!!!! Some guy named Farouk or something like that is horrible! He will leave you voicemails yelling at you if the littlest thing doesn't go according to plan. Scammers! All of them!!! read more

Car Depot of Miramar does not practice good business sense. Greed seem to be more of a factor than basic customer service. They wrongly repossessed a single mom's car and did not give her the opportunity to prove her case. The owner told the client that she would have to prove her payments, which she was willing to do, but the owner did not respond to many requests to meet. The client's kids missed a full week of school, the client missed doctor's appointments, which was relayed to owner, and still no feedback. The impoverished client was even willing to REPAY claims and the owner still refused to comply or even discuss. We asked the owner plenty of times to do the right thing. Most reputable businesses would at minimum try to keep their current clientele - usually for future business - not this one. The bad press is really not worth the one-sided dispute of less than $500. This was the Worst experience ever!... First impression Beautiful cars... The price was amazing for the 2007 infiniti with only 79 000 miles however i realized why the prize was so good.. The car was a lemon. I put down 2200 dollars and drove off with the car after speaking with the Finance Manager and being told i would be financed.. There was a dent on the back bumper and I was also told that would be deducted since it happended on the car lot prior to my purchase... I left the first day feeling I won the Lottery.. I was told to come back the next day to fix the headlight since one was dim and it was so late in the evening... This is where it got terrible... I visit the dealership everyday/everyother day for 14 days leaving work early for what was a headlight turned into other mess and car cutting off in the road... So finally on day 14 I was told i had to come up with another $3000 so atotal of $5000 for a 10k car. makes no sense right. I said no i want my money back.. This is crazy. when i went for my money i was told that its 45 dollars a day plus the amount of mile( majority of the miles came from coming to the dealersip almost everyday)... the total deducted was $1100 half of my deposit... Police was called and the GENERAL MANAGER tried to tax me on my own deposit as well as charge me for the dent on the bumper that was already on the car... This place is a rip off and the GENERAL MANAGER is the worst person I've ever met in my life.. No customer service at all... the sales rep and Finance Manager did an amazing Job trying to help me get all my money back since it was clear i was sold a lemon and did not have financing, missed days at work and only had car for 14 DAYS... what an injustice.. The general Manager of the miramar 441 location need to be fired and I am in the process of doing all I can to get my money back... AGAIN DO NOT GET ANYTHING FROM THIS LOCATION BECAUSE MONEY IS THE ONLY THING THE GENERAL MANAGER CARE ABOUT NOT CUSTOMERS!.. read more
