Sorry to say but the quality of this place has gone way down!! I waited 3-hours for an oil change, with no one else in the waiting area, headlight and wipers, only for Gabe to check me out and pay and the wiper didn't fit!! Left with no driver windshield wiper! They left my car in the garage area and I had to back it out and maneuver it around myself. And now my door bell is ringing non-stop! Time before that, I told them a belt was loose, waited for 2 hours and they didn't even address the belt! Gabe said I had to go back another day and I had to make it clear that I wanted it fixed!! Put fully synthetic and apparently the most expensive oil type as well when my car did not need it whatsoever. I have a 2010 Honda Civic and they put Mobile 1 fully synthetic. The manufacturer recommends synthetic blend for my car. On top of that they charged an inspection fee even though it was part of the service description. They truly seemed nice, so it is super sad that they took advantage. read more

Really disappointed in the decline in service quality here. They do not execute the 25 point inspection at the time of oil change-- which is why I had a cracked radiator 3 months after an oil change. (The fluids were not looked at, at all, even though on the 25 point inspection they're to be topped off.) At this same time, I brought my car in for a full diagnostic to assist in identifying a new sound. I was told there was nothing wrong with it and it was safe. Upon bringing my car to a new place; both wheel bearings in front, outer tie rod joints, front and rear struts are bottoming out, transmission oil cooler seal leaking, all needed work. Just DON'T bring your car here if you're concerned about the safety, as you'll get charged for a full diagnostic without anything being diagnosed. You'll also experience replacement needs due to their negligent work. It's a total waste of money, and no service is actually provided as requested. read more

I didn't have an appointment but they were able to fit me in. I was there for a headlight, that was it or so I thought. Next thing I know it turned into the whole headlight assembly, plugs and connections, good old electrical. Come to find out everything was gonna be and easy 1000, but one of the mechanic said if you have time I can fix it... So I let him do his thing and left with everything working. We needed a simple oil change and found a deal on groupon ao purchased and called to make an appointment. Must be my lucky day cause i got a very pleasant voice who answered and she said what can we do for you? I told her i had a special and when can we come in? Sal said if you can be here by 10:30 am we can do it today, it was 9:15am on saturday l, so we got out the door. Greeted and taken care if right away and upgraded to full synthetic oil for a small charge, great service and professional people. Didn't take long and a nice waiting room to sit in while our car was being worked on. The service tech was pleasant and informative but Sal made the experience great. I asked about further service on my wife's car and also service issues in my toyota sequoia. She answered all my questions with price quotes and we both will be back with out cars for future service. They really took great care of my car at Car Care Central! I love my 2019 BMW 430I but I thought i was hearing a tapping noise coming from my engine so I took it in to get it checked out and get some much needed maintenance. Luckily, my car is still in great shape and the noise I was hearing was a normal sounds caused my my high pressure fuel pump for my 2.0 turbo engine. So I had nothing to worry about! I truly appreciate their honesty and candor since I could see a lot of other shops charging me for a repair,service, or diagnosis, that I didn't actually need. Last week Car Care gave me hands down the best experience I have ever had an a mechanic shop. I drive a 2014 Chevy Cruze and for the longest time I have been struggling with a check engine light. After reviewing the code (P1101 air measure cross check out of range). I change multiple parts including the valve cover which still resulted in the check engine light coming back each time. Through word of mouth I was recommended to Car Care and after 15 minutes inspection they were able to determine that the code was coming from a faulty PCV valve located near the turbo. This valve is hardly ever mentioned because on most Chevy Cruze it never fails. I guess that makes me the lucky one. LOL. So after 3 months of racking my head and hassling with the check engine light it was cured by a 45 minute visit to this location. I usually like to work on my own cars because for me it's hard to trust mechanic shops especially if you're not familiar with them. But I certainly will be coming back to this one and I highly recommend them to anyone needing maintenance or mechanical repair. read more

What a disappointment to have to share this story. We went in for a/c not working, car was diagnosed by them on a Monday. we received an invoice later that day and on our way to pick up the car when a few minutes later an email came in about needing more parts. Tuesday came and once again towards the end of the day, story about another part needing to be picked up. Wednesday came and we were promised the car would be done after trying to take care of what now supposedly was an electrical issue. We decided finally pull the car from them and they issued some money back. Sad part is my daughter was moving out of state Monday night and she ended up leaving Wednesday with still no AC because at this point we had already spent so much money on moving expenses. The company clearly took on a job that they couldn't handle and wouldn't be honest with us. They still didn't have a clear answer on why they couldnt actually fix the car.
