On every other corner, you'll find a different working girl or guy doing handys... the best part about getting it done by hand is that it's More gentle than a machine. Car Care is leading the way since they finish off using a shammy vs towels. According to car buffs, using a shammy towel prevents swirls on your paint. The service can take about 30-45 minutes, so come prepared. They offer discount pricing in the early morning, but most washes are about $20-25 for inside out with armor all. read more

I wouldn't go here if I were you, the place was actually filthy to the brim just wrappers, stains, garbage everywhere. On top of that the staff was in the back room smoking and when he came out to charge me it just reeked of weed, told me it was $6, charged me $14, went back just for him to tell me that no it was $14. I'm sure he didn't remember bc he was high but even my car came out just smelling SUPER strong from the cleaner they used I had to open my windows to breathe. Never again. read more

My car had not been detailed since we bought it 8 years ago. I brought my car in for a full detail, purchased with a Groupon. My car was in for about 6 hours and came back spotless. There was some grime and stuck on stuff in some nooks and crannies and they got it all. Would highly recommend this place, specially with a Groupon as it makes the value even greater! read more

This place is terrible. First and last time I ever go here. Attention to detail is poor. I have a black jeep so you can see absolutely every single spot that was missed. Aside from that, they use dirty rags to dry off your vehicle. My windows look ridiculous. I will need a buff and wax because the amount of swirl marks left after this place. I've never been more disappointed. Go to Mr. Kleen on Cicero... longer wait but it's definitely worth it. read more

Talented team has strong skills to tackle vehicle exterior scratches and issues and bring the paint back to a spectacular state!! Refreshed and revived the paint on a 13 year old sedan and it was an amazing accomplishment in four hours. read more

Great prices for washing your car and cleaning the interior. For someone who has a daughter that loves to snack and a husband who eats in the car alot, this is just what I need. They have a lot of options depending on what type of clean look you're looking for. Plus you can add extras. Also make sure you check in on Yelp as they have some great feebies/deals! The waiting are is nice and clean with complimentary coffee and a vending machine for pop and snacks. They also have a couple computers but I couldnt figure out how to get on the internet. Oh well. They are pretty fast. I think it took 15-20 min tops my my car to be completed. I'll definitely come back again! Oh, lastly, make sure you ask for a punch card that gives you a free wash after you fill it up. read more

Poor job. Streaks and swirls everywhere. Seats, inside, and outside left wet. Not clean at all and I brought it in already pretty clean since its a new car. Definitely will not return. read more

I don't know how it gets much better than this. Just a couple blocks from my house, a hand wash including inside the doors, hand dry with additional compressed air drying for the hard to reach spots, vacuuming, for a very clean result all for $7 (8-10AM early bird special). For a couple extra bucks they will treat your tires for that shiny black look or you can opt for the armor all on the dash. When you add in the punch card that gets you to a free wash, the promotions like free wash on your birthday, the weekly ladies day and seniors day, this place is awesome!! They do a fabulous job. This place was great for my black beauty SUV. Plenty of people to service the car which is always a good thing. Lucky I didn't encounter a long line so the wait wasn't too long. New Year clean car! Got in early. They have a keureg for coffee, vending machine, charging station, computers for use and a lounge setup. One of the chairs is a massager. The service was detailed and at a good rate. Bilingual speaking. And they open doors for ladies. Always a plus. They made my car feel New! Great job. read more

So I decided to try a new hand care wash place and here is my review. Let's start with the good. The place is relatively new. Pretty clean. Has a tv in the waiting room and the staff is hard working. I ordered the number one which is a inside/outside plus dash dressing, tire shine, spray wax and undercarriage all for $20. I think that is pretty standard but here is the catch. The number two wash excludes the undercarriage and is $2 less. The problem is that this place has no device to wash the undercarriage. I asked the manager what they use and they have a standard power washer that is used for the exterior and the undercarriage. We all know it is impossible to wash under a car using a power washer. The exterior got clean. The interior was great. The wheels look nice. I am giving it a three stars based on what I feel to be somewhat shady up charging. Next time I will just order the number two or go somewhere else. read more

WARNING! After coming to this establishment for the nth time, today was the first time i left quite upset. When i got in my car to leave, I immediately noticed that the center console which I regularly rest my elbow on had been snapped off, and placed back to look "kosher." The plastic parts that hold the top of the console to the storage area were broken. I showed this to the owner, and although I was not upset about the occurance, I was dissatisfied with the way the situation was handled. I was not combative, and even freely admitted that it had already been somewhat loose...(however not completely broken!). Hoping for some customer service, I was awfully disappointed with what I got... Instead of, "I'm sorry, please lets work it out, etc....", I was told, "I tell my guys not to open anything, and you admitted that it was already loose." I tried repeatedly to plead my case, but was rudely interrupted with the same line over and over (see above). I gave up after the owner turned his back on me and went to have a discussion with a friend. Now, I can remove the top off my center console completely, and I am reminded of my terrible experience every time I get in my car. Accountability? Respectability? Understanding? I called to get my interior shampooed on Wed the 9th, booked an appt for 9 am that Fri the 11th, show up on time the day of the appt, sign says open, doors are locked, there's a woman sitting on a couch inside ignoring my knocking, called 3 times, left a message, it's been 8 days and I never even got a call back. There's still a sign on the building that says grand opening, usually this is the time when a new business puts in some effort. read more

We used this place for the first time today for the full package and they did an amazing job. My husband and I were very pleased with the service we recieved. We had dog hair that we were not able to vacuum out, and they did an awesome job at removing it. Our truck looks brand new on the inside and out. We were in the neighborhood and decided to get the car washed here. The car looked decent from far but when I got closer it was still dirty, inside and out. On the inside of the car there were still visible mud marks and dust everywhere on the dash and middle panel. Very dissatisfied. I will never come here again. read more

I am a regular customer at this car wash. I never complained before and introduced this place to few of my friends who are regulars there as well. Today I was rejected of service. I was told there was no time to shampoo matts. I find this unexceptable, why would I want my car to be clean outside, but not inside. It's is 3 pm, they close at 5. Yes, it was busy, but I don't mind waiting (and paying). For the quick wash and rinse I could have gotten to the gas station wash, not a hand wash! read more

This place is a hit or miss... recently I have noticed that they have left a lot of dirt spots on my truck. I get free car washes at the dealership but sometimes I'm too lazy to drive out there just for the car wash. I only come here during the winter since I do a better job washing my truck myself during the summer. I also only get the exterior wash and tire dressing since I've seen that it's not much different than the other ones (besides the vacuuming). read more

I never had any problems with the service, I let the staff know upfront what kind of wash I am looking for and I am very particular in having my cup holders clean, so as long as you let the staff know if you need something specifically cleaned they will for sure do their best to accommodate that, depending on time and how busy it is of course.
